I used to like going there!! But I’m going to stop going because the new managers are rude to their coworkers and customers, they don’t help each other, and they use very ugly and sexual curse words when they’re busy! I’ve been several times and it’s always the same when they’re busy! Today, Sunday, apparently a girl left work and the general managers started talking badly about her; she was a minor (saying awful things). That’s not professional. I used to like going there, but I won’t visit this place anymore. Every time I go, the girl with the red hair, I think she’s the main manager, always serves me with a very bad attitude! Im very polite and she always be very rude For no reason. And I understand that when I’m paying my money, it’s not to receive a bad attitude for no reason and to hear dirty words from the other girls in front of my children. I understand that they should watch their language since many children go there to play, eat , etc., and it’s incredible that such vulgar language comes from the mouths of the managers(women managers) . And not only that, they yell each to each other in front of the customers, and that’s not right. I won’t be going back to this place!! I hope they learn to control their language in front of children and learn to be more careful when complaining about or talking badly about their own workers partner The main managers should have a better attitude; one has red hair and the other has blonde and black hair. They need to have a better attitude and clean up their language

Everything is excellent, I love coming to this place, I love the food. However, for the past week there’s been a young man working in the mornings who doesn’t know anything about customer service. He doesn’t know how to do anything, he doesn’t know how to talk to customers, or even how to give change. He’s the only thing I would change about this Burger King.

So I did an order online and it was pretty easy, I ordered a no carb burger and fries for my daughter. My daughter has Celiac aka gluten allergy so she cannot have any type of bread products with gluten in it. I specifically asked for no bun for her sandwich and they put it on the bun anyway. So low and behold she couldn’t eat it. It takes like 2 seconds to look at the receipt to see what the customer is asking for, but she said the fries were good. Maybe the staff needs to take the time to read what the order is, so the customer gets what they want.

I took spicy chicken sandwich in which chicken patty was not cooked at all. I’m sharing pictures before through in garbage.
Sandwich – 0/10
Soda – 9/10
Fries – 7/10 it’s fresh but I think it’s also not cooked properly. It is difficult to review fries.
Atmosphere – drive through some people are coming by walk from back I don’t know from where they are coming from. One lady scared my little scary talking with herself and unstable. I don’t know how they allow people to use private property.
Hardly took 2 bites.
Staff here is nice in day shift.

Really rough shape!! Needs some major TLC
While it looks to have been relatively recently updated, every aspect is worse for the wear.
For example, bathroom is updated and spacious, love the hand dryers. And accessible… But there were flies.
The seating is an updated style, but chipped.
There’s a large play space, but all the glass windows were streaky and looked dirty.
I will say, the fries were amazing and my Impossible Whopper was tasty. (But you can’t help but wonder about cleanliness, given the suroundings.)
Customer service was dismal (but who would be cheery in this environment?)!
And an elderly woman had to ask folks to open the doors for her. (Why have an ♿ accessible bathroom, if folks can’t even get in & out of the restaurant.)
There were a lot of folks, seem like locals…I wish this place was well cared for… Could be enjoyable.

Employees are rude. They understood very little English. They ignored our request for sugar until my friend who speaks Spanish had to tell them in Spanish. Was quick to cut us off when ordering.

This Burger King is so hit & miss you just never know what you’re going to get. After years of avoiding it, I tried it one more time a while back and it was great. I even posted on Facebook telling them to give it another try, that it was much better than it had been. Unfortunately that only lasted a few months and it went back to hit and miss. The last straw for me was an Original Chicken sandwich that had the brownest, nastiest lettuce I’ve ever seen on a sandwich. The person making it could see that it was bad but obviously didn’t care. I’m done with this BK.

I loved this Burger King. The managers are very friendly and attentive. I loved the service; everything was very clean. I only went a couple of times in the morning, and the American manager is super rude. It took her forever to take my order; she went to the entrance and didn’t. After waiting, she threw my bag at me and had a bad attitude. But despite everything, I love it every time I go at night. In my opinion, the night service is the best.
