Overall, it was a fine experience. The poor store manager was frazzled because they were very short staffed, but she handled the experience well by advising us the situation upon entering the dining room. She needed to take a breath, but we understood her being stressed with limited staff. The food was just okay .. fries sat in the counter and became cool while she made the sandwiches. She made mine wrong but quickly fixed it upon being alerted.. overall, it wasn’t great, but it was not terrible either .. im certain on a properly staffed say things would be great

I wanted to try their breakfast so I got up early and ordered items I heard about. Since I’m not a fan of the biscuit breakfast sandwich, I orderd 2 other sandwiches. Before I looked in my bag I tipped them 10 dollars each, since it was just 2 workers. As I pulled a way I reached in my bag and the first sandwich was a biscuit sandwich. I thought, I’d give it a shot. It was the reason I don’t order them. So as I reached in the bag for the second sandwich, it was also a biscuit sandwich. I was so disappointed, but it happens. I won’t be going back to that Wendy’s. If I preferred biscuit, it was okay.

They told me they can’t do separate orders and I have to roll thru 3 times waiting for placing separate orders.I did the way they told me,then the manager yelled in my face that if I wanna roll around 3 times to place separate orders using coupons from the boo books,then I have to go in another restaurant.I was the whole time respectful and patient even that my orders were multiple times cold or missing items or wrong way made,or forgot to hand back my card.I still remained calm and polite and patient.This time though they were not simply rude,but yelling in my face for doing the way they told me I have to use my coupons separately placing orders and then they told me that I can’t do what they told me to do.And yelling at me for what they told me to do and disrespectful and rude and violent way letting me know that if I wanna place separate orders with using my coupons,I have to go in another restaurant. That’s not how customers should be treated,who pays for every orders and waits always in lines and talks respectfully and patiently every time.I’ve called customer service.They told me they will learn from it.

I ordered a biggie pack cheeseburger that was cold and dry, the chicken nuggets were tolerable, and the fries were good and hot. Many years ago I was a manager for one of the local Wendy’s and I would have NEVER let that poor quality go to a consumer. The service girl at the window was very nice. Other than that, the Canton Rd Wendy’s needs to pay attention as to what they are giving to customers. I will not go back…

Picked up 2 of the $7 Browns bag today at 11:30 am. What a mistake. The food was clearly left over from the night before and definitely not freshly made. One burgers bun was hard as a rock and both sandwiches were halfway wrapped. The whole meal was a big disappointment. The only plus were the frosty’s. It’s Burger King from now on.

Wendys has a promotion, Any size Hot or Iced Coffee for .99 cent. The sign is on the window. I Ordered a Large iced coffee, and it rang up for $3.46. And I asked isn’t any sized hot or iced coffee only .99 cent? She said idk it’s ringing up for $3.46. So I decides I didn’t want it. I go outside to leave and happened to see the sign. So I go back in to let her know “Your sign on the windows says.99 cent for any sized coffees. And she got snotty. And threw the coffee down almost spilled it, if I didn’t catch it. And said “Hear just take it i don’t have time for this”. Needless to say, I don’t advise going to this Wendys! If you want a great wendys with Amazing Customer service. GO TO MANCHESTER ROAD IN COVENTRY! this wendys staff needs some new training in Customer service. P.s She was the manager!

Their hot and fresh fries advertised were cold and old Not sure if this a training issue or something else but have had this with other Wendy’s drive thru. For some reason, even though this was a mobile order, they expect you to pay again. Seems you have to remind the person at the drive thru mobile orders are all ready paid for.

I just went through your drive-thru 30 minutes ago, ordered two singles with no cheese and a large chili. And I asked to make sure that the Buns were warm which they were and I do appreciate that. But the sandwich was absolutely awful the hamburger patty was burnt and dry hard as a rock so so disappointed. My husband went there last week and got a Dave single and a large chili he bragged on it said how good it was, that’s why I went there today. Something drastic must have happened between then and now shaking my head, so done with Wendy’s. I tried calling but no one answered the phone, Wonder why?

disappointed in this Wendy’s. I ordered 4 biggie bags and a 10 piece nugget. If you don’t know what a biggie bag is it a choice of 3 different sandwiches, fries, nuggets and a drink for $5.00. Well I was the 2nd in line I get to the window and pay and they asked nicely if I could pull up and they would bring it out to me. So I did so, there was only 2 cars behind me. Which I didn’t mind pulling up. I waited for about 10 mins or so for them to bring my order out. So I was expected somewhat of fresh food since they pulled me. Well I was wrong, my whole order was room temperature. So I left there with room temperature food cause I had 2 hungry boys 5 & 7 in the back seat and a hungry husband at home and I didn’t have the time to wait. So this place is ok to eat at cause of friendly workers but the food is not fresh even after being pulled up to wait for order. Sorry So Long

Friendly ? Normal . Nor rude nor friendly. But they have tendency not to be an order on their services. Clean? Clean inside in the front dinning area , outside prices & letters were on the ground, nobody around doing that job, inside the back (behind register)not the cleanest. Food? Hot.

My experience was they made error on my food. They missed a meal , I had call the corporation which that took a week to get the okay for my refund. Than I arrived there. Manager didn’t like it but oh well. She didn’t believe me. I told her to call the corporation. Oh, her attitude was terrible. Then we finally got the refund.

Quick to take our money but greedy to give what is ours.
