Wanted to try a smoothie that was recommended but when I walked in at 605pm no one was in there. A employee was in the back breaking down boxes and never acknowledged me to any service. Then 611 another employee came from somewhere she wasn’t to happy . But nor she say hello I’ll be with you or anything. Then she started prepping something but still hasn’t asked my I help u or just no greeting anything. My thoughts were to leave and to see the negativity of not wanting to do your jobs I just left. Hope the next. Customer was treated better than I was……never again.

We walked around 9:10, and to my surprise they were already closed. Well I was pleasantly surprised when Donovan said he would take our order anyway. In a time where we are experiencing “quiet quitting” (employees doing bare minimum) this gentleman went above and beyond to make my night. Great work ethic and a Wonderful job! I will be returning! I went in for the flip flops free drink from 2pm-7pm that was happening with a happy smile on my face. I wore sandals that were also flip flops because i don’t own any actual flip flops so i found the closest thing which looked identical to flip flops. I went up the employee and i let her know i was here for the free drink and she looked over the counter at my feet and said i wasn’t wearing flip flops so i wasn’t able to get my drink. I got irritated but was understanding and just bought the drink myself. After, a regular came in also wearing sandals but the employee gave her the free drink due to her being a regular which rubbed me off the wrong way and made me furious. There should be no favoritism, either strictly enforce the no sandals or give everyone wearing sandals the free drink. This place sucks and the employee is unfair.

My wife and I had met some friends here for a late light dinner and smoothie. Definitely a great spot to spend an hour or two with a very minimal traffic, like no one one was in there around 7pm. Could be due to going there an hour before they closed. Food was great and so was the new Dragon fruit bowl! Only a few tables inside. If you like atmosphere vibes to hang out, this is not that type of outing l. If you want to get something tasty and just chit chat for an hour, this is the place to go!!

At 1252 hours I made an online order of two items for pickup. The estimate time of being ready was 1302 hours. I walked in at 1300 hours and there was two ahead of me. I then let them know I was waiting for my online pickup order. Literally about 7 people walked in and ordered their food. I stood there and stood there while all 7 people got their food. Once there was no line the manager looks at me and asks if I’m waiting on something. I gave them my name where he realizes my food was sitting behind the counter this whole time. I received my food at 1330 hours.
This store lacks organization and needs more employees as they cannot seem to handle a few orders. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the food was pretty good.
The food is good but their customer service is terrible. Apparently this has also been mentioned in previous reviews.
