So I’m very disappointed with my service today being in drive thru waiting almost 7 minutes just to be told what I placed on mobile order was out. I get the whole trying to push your drive thru and times however, don’t have everyone waiting in line to push two cars out. That’s crazy! I can get maybe being fully backed up with cars but TWO cars is CRAZY! You had missed two other cars behind me bc they got tired of waiting. Sheesh! However, I hope that mobile order is fully refunded and my points are put back in my account bc nope nope nope! Just crazy!

Ok. Service was better. Lad at 6/7am was very nice older lady made eye contact .
Im back 8-8-25- still very good young man did a very good job. Went through drive thru. I got a number 5 only bbq sauce on the double cheeseburger with onion rings. I put the onion rings on the burger & it’s delicious. Must try it.

I asked for a duo but was told by management we aren’t doing those we are only doing trios and the sign applies on the menu sign inside that both are available. That’s called false advertisement. We weren’t even asked if it was here or to go. The guy making our food was eating a burger while making customers food. The lady that took our order on front counter was rude.

0/6 for getting my order right. Every time my wife or daughter convinces me to give this place another chance, I regret it. I now understand why there are punch impressions on the outside of the building. I also noticed the lady infront of me had to go in to get her card back. This place should be shut down.

I really enjoyed the young man that took my order. Very clear and could understand everything from the mic. & speaker & his voice. Order was accurate & on point..When I pulled around to pay i was greated by the same young man who I spoke to on the mic.. He greeted me with the most lovely compliment of my car, & took my $$$ and then had a wonderful conversation about cars, family, etc. While I waited for my fried food to be freshly prepared. Once food was ready, I proceeded to next window for pick up. Where i was greeted with a smile & the the young lady assured all my stuff was in bag with sauce and all. All the staff that night..2 young ladies & the young man were exceptional with service & I would definitely return. Wasn’t too busy when I got there and maybe that’s why I got the attention but tonight’s crew was definitely on point & should be complimented for the exceptional service they provided. Keep up the good work BK..and the Harvest location & staff.. Will be back!!!!

Took my grandson this morning after his football game. My order total was 11.28. When I got to the window I handed the employee a $10 in cash and then said please put balance on card….and she said that would be $1.28. Just checked my bank account and not only did she run the $1.28 but also the full $11.28. Of course, she didn’t give me a receipt and no one is answering the phone.

Kiera was very pleasant, she greeted me with a smiling face,and was prompt with my order. Although they were short staffed, she still gave A1 customer service. The food was hot & well packed. She deserves a raise working drive thru and the front counter as well.

They’ll tell you to pull to the first window to pay, you’ll sit there for several minutes, somebody will walk by and look at you then walk away, then when you say screw it and pull to the second window, they’ll give you attitude and tell you to back up in the driveway. ??? Absolutely not. Rude and snotty employees. Ignore you and then act like you’re the dumbass for not sitting there even longer. What is wrong with you guys?

We came to eat breakfast and i have been in awe since first walking in the door. The restaurant is not only clean but beautifully decorated. The service was equally impressive, as was the food. I made a point to take pictures just so I could contribute and let others know what a fantastic place this is to stop for breakfast!
