My boyfriend and I order the meat loaf dinner we sat there over half hr. Everyone was getting their food and we weren’t. And the waitress hardly came back to the table. The apple sauce was great .thought when she finally. Brought back our dinners ,the meat loaf was ice cold , she said they lost the ticket ! Not once offer to warm it up . She said to take up up with the owner up front , my bf was steaming! Was very uncalled for didn’t even offer to put half price or make up for thier neglect! Who wants to eat this food cold ?? Was very disappointed in the service and the food we thought it was going to a great place , we drove an hour from our mother .Atlease could made it right .

This is such a cute little eclectic place! There have an adorable country themed store when you first walk in, along with the bakery selection display. We were able to walk in & seat ourselves. Our server was friendly & personable. The food was served quickly. The portions were large & the food was tasty. The value price point for the amount of food served was considerable. The atmosphere was warm, rustic, and inviting. We would definitely visit again!

Highly recommended by friends, I am visiting from Michigan & have ate at simular home cooked meals in many locations, I had the Roast Beef with the very fresh Salad Bar w/vegetable Beef soup & the entire meal is excellent. Mandy’s Dutch Treat is the best I have tried anywhere & has very large portions….

Great food, large portions, homemade foods. You walk in & feel like family instantly. All baked goods are made by Mandy’s Dutch Treat. Carryout available. Even a soft serve ice cream window for the summer. This is great, homemade cooking done right. On average $14 fir most complete dinners with your main dish & 2-3 sides plus a homemade roll.

The new owners are horrible. I watched the woman yell at the workers and it was a disgusting display of unprofessionalism. The man was ignorant because their steak was rotten and my mom didn’t like it. I will never come back to this place. The management have ruined this place. The workers deserve better than what I witnessed tonight

Friends and I ate here for an impromptu late lunch, driving through the backroads of Pennsylvania on our way home back to Kentucky. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service by Sky was 10/10, also the food and salad bar was DELICIOUS. Hopefully we will be back in the future!

Nothing particularly good…nothing horrible. Waitress was pleasant and thoughtful; food was mediocre.
Liver was dry, mealy, overcooked and a tad bit bitter. Meatloaf was good, but not excellent. Neither was a particularly good advertisement for local Spartanburg raised beef as was touted on the menu. “Amish stuffing” obviously started in a box and the applesauce was commercially canned. Salad was iceberg lettuce, gravy not bad, but definitely lumpy and over dependent on salt for flavor. Cottage cheese was good and the serving was generous. Pie was pleasant but not stellar. The lemonade from a powdered mix.
An ok meal if you don’t have other choices

We haven’t visited the Dutch Treat Restaurant in a long time. This decor is awesome, like an old cabin inside. We had steak and eggs breakfast. Plates were full. I even had an order of fried potatoes that were just like my mother made fifty years ago. This was a great experience. Three up.

Good food at a very relaxed pace. If you are in a hurry you probably should look elsewhere, but if you have some time then stop in at this combined restaurant, coffee shop, ice cream parlor, and gift shop. It has a rustic interior with stuffed deer and mountain lion adorning the walls. The sandwiches/burgers are good for a nice lunch with the option of adding a salad bar to your selection.
