I ordered through the app and the food took a little longer to prepare but the person preparing my food triple checked everything to make sure it all was correct and made sure I didn’t want to add anything else. The sandwiches tasted great and they even gave me a free cookie for it taking a little longer to prepare.

We’ve had a roller coaster of emotions with this Subway…it closed and we were so bummed. Then it reopened by a new owner and we were ecstatic. Then we went to this location under new ownership and were appalled. When we walked in, there were a group of about 4-6 brats (12-17 years of age) sitting there. Not patrons because they weren’t eating. Not workers either but friends of the employees. It was bad enough that they were cussing loudly and my daughter kept looking over at them (9 years old) but I was infuriated to then hear they dropping the n-word. There was no complaining to any adult about this because kids (or young adults) were in charge and were friends with the offenders. We decided to eat our food outside to avoid that mess and they came outside to smoke by us!
I’d like to also note that this was not a one off incident. We gave them another shot because we like to support local business owners but it was just as bad as the first time. We’ll drive the extra minute to the Subway in Newport. I’d rather fight the Target/Kroger traffic then have to listen to a bunch of brats taking over a restaurant.

The dedication of the owner and how much love and care and detail he was putting into making each sandwich is outstanding…. Very clean, very neat and professional… He definitely deserves more than 5 stars at this Subway

This location if fine in a pinch but they NEVER accept/participate in ANY national promos. Go to Newport location instead where they accept all promos in the app, like BOGO50 and many others.
Also, in general HATE the tip culture penetration into fast food business. It is NOT for the benefit of the workers but for the benefit of the company not paying even the minimum wage to the worker. Do not succumb to the trend and REFUSE to pay tips so that the fast food places have to continue to pay at least the minimum wage and we don’t have too subsidize for their greed!

Worst subway ever, the meat is old and uncovered. And one day my coupon works and three days later very same coupon and very same sandwich all of a sudden my coupon is not accepted… Dude is a liar. And always trying to up sell me and I understand that it’s needed, but not on everything like extra meat. And when I say no he keeps pushing saying “ awe come on why not?” Because I said NO that’s why not. Overall a garbage store with old tasting meat and pushy lying ownership.

Worst customer service ever. Since I ordered online they said they will not fill my order until there are no customers in the store. Have been sitting here for 35 mins and already prepaid otherwise I would have left and on top of it late for a meeting at work that I am bringing a potential new customer his lunch…. Rude as can be told me to sit down and to stop talking.
