For unlimited toppings i would expect not to be so stingy on the peperoni when i only asked for 2 toppings. I guess i could have said add more….. but i did watch her make my pizza like it was subway. She did ask if i wanted to try some of the other ingredients. But she did mesure the cheese before adding it to my pizza. I did want a thinner crust and she stuck it under the press a 2nd time for me. Im thinking that looks thin on cheese you missed some spots. Its good though!! Hot n fresh!

Visited on Tuesday afternoon. Pretty empty. Fast service and very satisfied with the topping amount. Fountain soda was fresh not flat and tasted good.

I love the pizza and Caesar salad here! Create your own regular crust pizza and the Mad Dog are my favorite! I love how you can add sauce toppings and whatever extra toppings you like to even specialty pizzas and even the salads!

My husband and I are huge fans of mod pizza and for the most part all of the locations we’ve been to have been amazing… fast and great service, attentive and quick, you’re basically in and out with delicious good quality food!

I don’t know what’s going on with this location… the employees are slow, not attentive and deliver poor service and just don’t know how to put together a pizza.

Management needs to take a look at the people they hire here and retrain.

The guy helping us was PERFECT. He made us perfect pizzas, because he actually put effort into it to make us good pizzas.

I usually LOVE MOD Pizza, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guy at the front had an attitude like he didn’t even want to be at work… fine, I tried to overlook it. We waited patiently, asked for our sauce, and they assumed we wanted it in a cup — okay, that got corrected.

But then when they were finishing my pizza, they put the wrong drizzle on it. The girl, Georgia, literally just threw it on without even confirming, then said “oops, sorry.” I told her I don’t like spicy food, and instead of remaking my pizza, she told me, “Just add another sauce and it’ll cancel it out.”

Spoiler: it didn’t.

I ended up with a pizza so spicy I could barely eat it, and no one wanted to actually fix the mistake. I asked for a manager, and while she did give me coupons for free pizzas, that doesn’t change the fact that I basically paid for something I couldn’t even eat.

Extremely disappointing experience — especially from a place I normally enjoy. MOD needs to do better.

We normally love mod. But this location is horrible. For the managers, i hope you look at this on camera. Wed april 23 at 7:15pm or so.

Seems like the staff made it a point to care as little about us as humanly possible.

There were 4 employees and we were the only ones in line. We got 1 mini and 2 mods. Instead of teaming up and helping get the order in, one of the guys was standing around. (Shoulder length dark hair)

The other guy prepping our pizzas was moving like a slug, like he was stoned out of his mind.

Misunderstood many of our requests. My wife asked for white sauce and he plopped cottage cheese onto the pizza.

And for the mini pizza, he literally put 1 pepperoni per slice like it’s a school lunch pizza.

After i got our pizzas i went back up to get some red pepper and parmesan. As i walked up the guy turned away from me and startedbto micromanage the position of the pizzas in the oven. Gave him the benefit of the doubt because maybe he didnt see me. Shoulder hair guy saw me waiting but had zero interest in flagging down the other guy or coming to help me.

But get this. A few moments later a pretty girl walked in and he was quick to help her.

It’s extremely rare i rant about a bad experience. But damn it was really bad. How poorly do you run this store to have employees go out of their way to avoid helping customers?

I went in to try their pizza for the first time on the insistence of my granddaughter. I love the creat your own pizza. They could give you a bit more of the items and the crusts are very thin. Other than that it was tasty.

Don’t waste your time. I just spent almost $10 for a big piece of toast. The brown bag is the little dessert I ordered for my son. This should give you an idea of how small this pizza was. There was more parsley on this pizza that cheese…. nasty!
