As someone with Balkan roots, originally from Kosovo, and with a deep appreciation for Italian culture, I truly enjoyed my experience here. The pasta was delicious and authentic, the menu offers great choices at very reasonable prices, and the atmosphere made it a perfect place for a date. It was a memorable evening and I left very satisfied. Highly recommended!

I had the burger today. I have been eating here since they opened in the 1990’s & this isn’t the kind of place I generally order a burger; as they are known for their Italian food which is always delicious. My wife wanted bruschetta for her lunch which is always excellent but I wasn’t in the mood for anything Italian so I had the burger. I can honestly say it’s one of the best in Marin County. The meat they use must be ribeye??? The bread is awesome they use too! I should have taken a picture of the burger & bruschetta to post.

My wife and I decided to try this place out. I ordered the Pappardelle Al Cinghiale which was excellent!! My wife ordered the Petrale Sole on top of risotto which was the special this evening, she really enjoyed it. We finished off the meal with a fantastic homemade tiramisu and an affagato which was very nice.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I was very pleased overall. Seating isn’t cramped, and the acoustic aren’t so echoey that you can’t hear the conversation at your table.

Just visited this place for the first time with my friend. We both loved it! My friend got the Pappardelle Al Cinghiale and I got the spinach and cheese ravioli with a brown butter and sage sauce. Absolutely amazing flavor in both our dishes. I got the feeling anything at this place is good. Parking is limited so, going early is a good idea. I highly recommend this spot and will be visiting regularly.

My husband and I were in town for the night and wanted italian food. Yelp gave us information about La Toscana and we decided to have dinner there. Menu had traditional italian items and we were told about the specials which included osso bucco. I ordered the special and my husband ordered the veal marsala. Both meals were very well prepared and delicious. We ended the meal with dessert and decaf espresso. Service was prompt, although we were lucky enough to enter the restaurant before the rush. I felt I recieved a very good quality meal, fairly priced. We would love to return when we come back to the area.
