Just be careful ordering from the online menu. I ordered the pollo ranchero because I don’t eat pork. The pollo ranchero I got was totally different than online with pork included and none of what it usually came with. When I took it back and explained to the guy that this wasn’t what I ordered online he said oh this is the new menu. When I said it’s different online and I don’t eat pork, he just said …..well and didn’t want to correct it. By this time I’m ticked and instead of sitting in the drive thru arguing with the guy I decided that this will be the last business they ever get of mine. $58 for three people. Shameful
And to top it off. After I keep the wrongly cooked food, now to give to my dogs, I call back just to let him know that he might want to fix the website because it doesn’t match the current menu and that it could cause problems in the future…..he says “yea” and hangs up on me. Beats all I ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend giving this place a dime!

When this place first opened it was good. Was there about a month ago and they brought us the wrong order to begin with which was no big deal. We got our correct order with ground beef and it was un-eatable. We did not eat it. It tasted as if they just put ground beef in a sauce pan and boiled it with absolutely no seasoning at all nothing just plain meat and water. I am writing this because the last few times I have been there it has been bad no flavor what so ever. We will not be back.

When this place first opened it was good food and wonderful service . The past two times we have went the order was wrong and the food tasted greasy. The service was awful they act like they didn’t want to wait on anyone. The server stayed in the back talking the whole time. Will not ever go back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing fancy from the outside, but a decent local place. Food was fresh, hot and had excellent flavor. We will be going back.

Was not a good experience. Took the entire family out to eat. We have visited this place before in the past and it was good. Well… not this time around. The beans were burnt to the point where that all you could taste. Instantly took our appetite away. Tried to drink our drinks to get the taste out of our mouths and it was stuck.. I told the waitress and she said she would talk to her manager about it.
About 10 minutes later she said she spoke to her manager and asked if we would like something in its place. No apology… nothing. Had a bad attitude about it. We had to go to the front counter to get someone out to refill our drinks. Absolutely no service here. Food was awful. Paid $56 for inedible food. We will not be returning.

16.00 for a beef taco & burrito with red sauce for lunch- through the drive thru. Pretty sure this combo is about $7 at surrounding Mexican restaurants. Ridiculous!

I always get fantastic food here every time, but tonight I was highly disappointed ☹️ I ordered a street corn, an amigo dip, and a pollo ranchero with the cheese sauce that’s on the pollo loco. The street corn had barely anything on it, I paid extra for pico in the amigo dip and there was none, and MOST disappointing was the veggies I was SO looking forward to. Instead of onions and zucchini and mushrooms and bell peppers, I got mushrooms and some disgusting undercooked limp bacon fat. Gross.

We ordered on the phone. Our food was ready very fast!! Went in to pick it up and we were greeted by two nice employees and given our food right away. We will be back. Thank you so much for bringing something new out to the country!!
