Not much has changed with the new ownership, the food is still good with generous servings, the servers were polite and efficient (and we recognized some from years ago) and the tea was hot.
The menu has changed a bit but the standards are still there with a few more Vietnamese dishes added.

Shanghai is great and we will be back soon. Service was amazing. We had our 4 and 5 year old with us and the food was delicious so they were happy. Quite affordable for the quality of food. Oh, and get the hot and sour soup over egg drop…soooo good!!!

Egg rolls were greasy. Just cabbage no flavor. The color of the pho broth told me everything I needed to know . Pho was bland no flavor . Tasted like they just added water to whatever was left over in the pot .
