When customers walk into the store a simple hello goes a long way. There was no one at the register. A gentleman was in the back and a pink haired lady walked in, looked at us and went to the back without speaking a word. She picked up two trash bags walked back by us without saying a word and walked out the door with the trash. I waited another minute and no one came to take my order. Very sad! Little Caesars used to be a hopping place. And as a traveler who has never been to this location, it made the store, management and employees look very bad. Took my business to Dominos!

food was fine. i placed a pickup order through the phone and whoever answered was breathing VERY heavily the whole time. when i got to the drive thru, the man gave me my total, which was about $37 and some change. i gave him 2 20 dollars bills and received no change back. he said “have a great day” and i drove off. i didn’t need the change but if i was truly struggling and needed that money, i would’ve said something. i don’t like that he took it upon himself to take it as a tip, nor i DID NOT OFFER it as a tip.

Normally don’t say anything about fast food, but this is three times in a row, now. I ordered the original crust classic pepperoni. Thats all I get. This is a thin crust. Doesn’t taste good at all. I get a mistake here and there. But three times in a row. Hunts pizza is better than this store.

Went to get a hot ready pizza they informed us that it would be a 20 min wait then when we said we would wait and was about to pay they told us cash only so we didn’t get the pizza. Very annoying!

Visiting from Abilene.. get Little Caesars on late practice/game days. Got 2 ‘Hots’, they weren’t fresh, one seemed like it was thin crust. POS system was down so it was cash only, we usually have some so no biggie. Big Spring fast food locations just seem run down and most workers don’t take pride in working or keeping their workspace clean / presentable.

I called on 8/08/25 about 11 in the morning and spoke with a woman who sound like she with an attitude placed an order of 60 pizzas for 08/09/25 to be ready by 12. When I called yesterday 08/09/25 to confirm my order which the same lady picked up the phone said a order was never placed she began to catch attitude then telling me to that I could take my business some other place. Lucky for my I know people who work there was told the the lady is the gm there name Nicole that pretty much her assist is her bf, the night manger is her sister and the weekend manager in the morning is her best friends but was told I would be given her boss information of contact complain Brian I will post the information for all who need to complain.
