I consistently visit this location because it’s the most convenient for me, but the service has become unacceptably unreliable. My orders are incorrect more often than they are right, and I frequently find myself paying for items that never make it into the bag. On top of the inaccuracies, the wait times are excessive, even during off-peak hours. It’s clear there is a breakdown in communication and quality control in the kitchen. I’m hoping management sees this and invests in proper training for the staff, as I’d like to keep coming here, but I can’t justify paying for service I’m not receiving.

Workers were working very slow. Took 25 minutes for us to get our SHAKES and then they come over to us and tell us they can’t make them. We tell them that’s ok and they can give us our money back. Then after 15 minutes, a different worker told us the exact same thing. We again say that is ok. It took them 10 more minutes to get our money back. So we wasted almost an hour of time just waiting for shakes we didn’t get.

Like I’ve been coming here for my work lunch like almost everyday and not 1 time I’ve had my order right it always has to be something messed up like how hard is it to just make my order right that’s all am asking for and I don’t think am asking for a lot now I just wasted my lunch waiting in line to just get a damn burnt chicken strips and also didn’t have me my monopoly tickets for the spicy chicken sandwich and the drink coz I got to drinks and got 1 ticket I guess they kept it which is so unprofessional and they didn’t even gave me the sauce that I’ve paid for I only got one sweet n sour but no ranch since I made my order over the phone like what’s wrong with you guys !!!!!

I’ve been to this location on two separate occasions, and both experiences were bad. During my most recent visit, the employee forgot to add to my order and looked mad that she had to correct it. She took my card to run another transaction but never actually swiped it. Another employee came to finish the order and she asked me where my card was. I told her the other employee had taken it, she told me it had declined?? Even though the transaction never started. Felt super sketchy. Probably will avoid this McDonald.

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered ahead to make it easier. Got to the restaurant and checked in on the app. 15 min later and after watching several cars come and go I went inside to see what the holdup was. No one over the age of 18 working and not a single person came to the counter to see what I needed. Watched them ignore me and walk right past me with our food 20 min. After we had parked. Then shared my frustration when they came back in only to get sorry apology. Just my food thrusted at me and the kid walked off. Worst service I have ever gotten. If it wasn’t for my son who just wanted a cheeseburger we would have just left without the food. Never going to this one ever again.

Very good and well cooked food, fresh, salty, and very good fries. Service was good, but I feel it was too slow. Atmosphere, there is none in there. Only earth has it, but Mc Donalds is right below it, so is my house.

Service was super slow (12 minutes) dining in. No employee working the counter and no manager in sight.
Food was predictable quality but the whole place was dirty. Including but not limited to tables, chairs, floors and bathrooms.

Five stars for the food due to the being some of the best breakfast food around. The toilet in the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. You figure as much as employees sit on the toilets they would clean them.
