Always a great experience. Had the pick two with the king club and one of the seasonal salads. Tons of food and it was delecious. Everyone working was friendly and had our food out quickly!

Placed an order for the drive thru window. We ordered 2 Croissants with Harvest Chicken Salad and Large glass of sweet tea. Ordering was easy and the food was ready when we arrived. We have eaten in at McAllisters many times and picked up food thru the drive thru. When we got home and opened the food, the Croissant sandwiches were smashed flat and the Croissants were definitely not fresh, they were stale. We were not going to drive all the way back to return them, but disappointed with our food.

If I could leave zero stars I would . Coworker went to grab the store lunch and we decided we wanted some good food. We got 2 pork nachos and the pork was freezing cold ! We went back and asked if we could get hot food, they “fixed it ” and we left. We work less than 5 minutes down the road. When we returned our pork was still freezing cold Cindy stated “did you walk there”? They did not replace our food instead of fixing it I am highly unsatisfied and very disappointed. And to add we had COLD SHREDDED CHEESE ON OUR NACHOS! DO BETTER CINDY !

The angus roast beef club was out of this world. The salad was fresh and it was all a little more than I could eat. The service was fast and polite. I’m already craving another club. I’ll be back for sure. The place was also clean.

I usually have a good experience here. This last time, my friend and I scanned a “Buy one get one spud” coupon at the counter, and it clearly didn’t take it. The final total was $29, and when we brought it up to the girl who served us, she said that it did take it. Upon receiving our receipt, it was clear it didn’t. Then we got our food, and the spuds were not very big… (the smallest I’ve had, and short on cheese sauce).
To be clear, this visit wasn’t bad enough for us to never come back. I’m trying not to let one visit ruin my overall opinion. But if every visit was like this one, it would be difficult for me to continue returning.

I love the tea pass. Bailey and heather always wait on me at the window and are fantastic. They are always happy and keep me coming back. Bobbi the GM is always receptive to constructive criticism and I enjoy my overall experience. Bailey for sure deserves a raise as well as most of the girls working the window.
