Called in an order two nights ago for pickup around 8pm. It wasn’t very busy when I went in to pickup food and my order was the only one sitting there for pickup. Ordered a pizza which turned out to not be fully cooked all the way. The dough in the center was still soft and the pizza was warm but not hot. Also had ordered lemon pepper dry rub wings where it didn’t have much of a dry rub just as if they lightly peppered it. The chicken Parmesan sandwich and fries the chicken was cold under a glob of melted cheese that was cold and the fries were still half frozen. The calamari was cold as well. Mind you we only went 2.5 miles up from the restaurant and it was still 100 degrees outside. When I called and spoke to the female manager on shift that night I offered to send pictures of the food and she said no that wouldn’t be necessary they have a new chef and they will talk with him and that she would provide me with a credit for my food next time. She then called back a few minutes later and said the owner would reach out tomorrow for she talked to the owner and before providing me with a credit he wanted to talk to me. The owner never called and I spoke to another gentleman the next evening when I called and at first he said I was told to bring it back and they would remake it. I said no I offered to send pictures to the other manager and she said no that she would issue a credit and I explained how she called back and said the owner would be in contact. He then asked me to send pictures and confirmed he received them and stated he could see the pizza was not cooked all the way through that there isn’t even any grease on the box. He said that they would call me back. They have now lost a customer cause they couldn’t stand by their word of returning a phone call or offer to properly make the food on my next visit. Spending $60 for food that is not cooked is ridiculous.

I really like that Greek salad a lot! I decided to order a calzone for the first time in 20 years and did the Italian beef and Italian sausage with a hot giardiniera and it was perfection! Good place to go watch a game if you don’t have cable I don’t know why it’s not busier there it’s a nice little joint to grab a bite to eat. Thankful for one of the few late-night options in the area.

Fun atmosphere, pizza is always spot on, and staff is great! We popped in today with a group of 10 a they were able to accommodate us right away (Thursday night.) Our server was Bonnie- she was SPECTACULAR! She dove right in with our group’s demeanor, almost like she already knew us. I love that in a server! We will most definitely be back.

On 12/24/25 5:20pm I ordered a 14″ pepperoni pizza and an order of canollie. I was told 20-25 minutes. I arrived at 5:47 paid and added a $5 tip. Pizza wasn’t ready but told it would be right up. There were 3 other people waiting for their order. As people came and left I waited. One of the girls went back to check on my pizza, it will be right out. The 2 young ladies at the counter were clearly struggling. I was patient, it’s Christmas Eve, they are busy. As the front section filled up and I kept listening to the girls still telling people on the phone, 20-25 minutes, I again asked about my pizza. They are very busy, it will be soon. I asked for a mgr and was told he’s busy. I asked for mgr name, I was told Adam. Shortly after a guy came to the front and said something to the girl who had told me Adam. I hear her call him Adam, so I said Adam I need to talk to you. He came over, we started to speak, he’s not the mgr. I ask the girl again now she tells me Luis. She goes to the back. Now she tells me they lost my ticket and are now making my pizza. I said get the mgr, a man comes out I give him a brief rundown, he tells me he will credit my card, he pretended to do something in the computer, never apologized, also never credited my card as he said he was doing. We are on day 12 and still waiting for my 36.52 to be credited. We have been faithful Rosatis customers since they were across the street from the U of A , if they would have credited me back we still would be, being lied to is worse than the entire terrible experience. It was 6:35pm when I finally had my pizza and could go home to enjoy Christmas Eve. Thanks for nothing Rosatis.

Always good food. Pizza is average, but we love it. Cheese curds are awesome. Dough nuggets are delicious. Over all good food and atmosphere. Service is “hit-and-miss”. We’ve had amazing service and super slow service. Depends on when you go. Friday nights are usually crowded. Over all… I recommend Rosati’s.

Unfortunately we came on a night they were short-staffed so the quality of the service was unacceptable. We received incorrect orders THREE times, to the point we just took what we were given because it seemed easier. I had to ask for a to go box three separate times with two separate staff members. The pizza is good but I wouldn’t recommend the double dough, it is way too much bread, the thin crust is much better. The pizza prices are too high for the taste of the food. The place is pretty big, one area for restaurant and another for a bar.

I love to try new pizza places and its worth it. If you have not been you need to go! Our server Mattia was great. Our drinks were always full and food came fast.
The pizza and canzone were delicious. One of the best spots to go for a good canzone.
Pasta was a good portion so you will not go hungry here.

First time at Rosati’s. Would recommend the thin crust pizza. The crust has a nice firmness and crunch. I liked the pieces of sausage as a topping…you can really taste the sausage. The double dough was a little too much…still good flavor, but the dough to topping ratio is off. Have not tried the deep dish to see if is true Chicago deep dish. I would go back for the thin crust pizza.

A very good Chicago style tavern pizza. Thin crust, pepperoni under the cheese, Yum! Just had sodas, but unlimited if you are thirsty. An order of fried cheese sticks rounded the meal (although I only had one- ways order more if your husband has a big appetite, just a tip).
