I just tried it for the first time, the atmosphere is family friendly and calm, the location is in a well lit area for breakfast and lunch to enjoy dining inside or outside. The available menu is much larger than I would think for a small mom and pop, but golly they make everything so well and in a timely manner. They even have an in-house hot sauce I bought (Habanero Haze) that is both smokey and packs the heat. With a breakfast burrito and skillet made to perfection I assuredly will be back here making it a regular spot.

Visited this place in December 2024. It’s such a cute and casual place for brunch! Had a delicious breakfast burrito here. I love the low key atompshere here. It feels very much like a quaint coffee shop, but brunch place. Any dietary restriction can be accommodated here. Very wide open and chill seating here, including couches! They bring you the food here. There’s an outdoor seating area too!

Fantastic breakfast location in a cool little area of Castle rock. Came in on a Saturday morning with very little wait to order. This is not a sitdown restaurant where you have table service but rather one where you order at the counter and then go sit down. I wanted to note this because that’s important to some people. Does not change the quality of the food however nor the friendliness of the staff. French toast skillet was amazing, crunchy due to I’m guessing cereal topping. Add in some turkey sausage, eggs and a cup of coffee and it’s a pretty rad breakfast. On top of it they have their own hot sauce line, Serrano sunrise was my favorite. Hot sauce pic included, sorry the food was gone before I thought about reviewing.

We drove from Peyton on my birthday to try their eggs Benedict.. wow!!! Absolutely delicious ! We were greeted at the door and met with unmatched customer service ! We felt very welcomed and made our food taste even better! We highly recommend Miyo (Make it your own) cafe!!

Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a special someone here for the first time and we plan to visit again very soon. Our awesome experience started with a very personable greeting and introduction. A wide variety offered lots of choices. We got the cinnamon bread on suggestion and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The seating is comfortable and is separate from the counter which provides some nice ambience.
All of the staff were very friendly and gave a family-run vibe.
Will certainly be visiting again.

Such chill vibes…like you walked into a friends house. The staff is friendly and food came out fast. All the taste buds did a dance as bites went one after another. We got the huevos rancheros and the tres tacos with a side of refried beans. Well balanced, fresh, and so very tasty! We will be back for sure. It’s a must try in Castle Pines.

Food is great. I know the owner is overall a nice guy. But, it’s not ideal if you’re in a hurry. It gets busy, and the clientele is mostly older wealthy people who aren’t in a hurry to do anything. They take forever ordering, figuring out what they are doing, and just moving in general. I also talked to a young lady who was working about my to go order. I told her my name, and she said she’d check on it. I saw it come out not two minutes later. She bagged it, looked at about a half dozen tickets, then set it aside without even calling the name out. I had to wait for 2 more groups to order to get up to the register only to find out it was my order, and it had just been sitting there for 5 minutes. It was 5 minutes that I just didn’t have that day unfortunately. I grabbed it and left in a hurry, only to have the owner yell at me as I walked away, ‘Did you already pay?’ Please know your community, I would never walk out without paying….it’s not downtown Denver people around here. Don’t you have a ticket that tells you that as well? Why make it a scene in front of everybody? It was fairly insulting, and salt in a wound as I was already upset about the service I had. To go orders are a fact of life now, please improve your system so I don’t have to wait in the ordering line, and can get it right when it comes out. I tip on every to go order like I would if I sat at a table. I feel like you guys didn’t earn it yesterday.

I appreciate the response! Our breakfast was very good but it felt slightly unwelcoming as someone kept coming over to bus our table repeatedly even though we were still eating and tried to take our cups. When we left after a half hour, the same person was standing by and immediately went to clean before we were a few feet away. Feeling like you are being rushed out is not great but i understand it’s a busy restaurant so i didn’t think at the time it would be necessary to wait in line to voice a complaint.

Great breakfast joint. Very clean. Not sure if it’s a chain or not. If not kudos to the owners because it can hold its own. Food was really good. Servers seemed on point. Food came out quick. Dog friendly patio seating was a bonus too. I will be back when back in the state.
