The order want terribly large, or complicated, yet they were unable to prepare it in a timely manner, and had to have me pull up to avoid blocking the drive through. When The order finally came, the onion rings were only onion rings on the top half, the bottom half was fries. Maybe that was supposed to make up for the box of fries that was barely half full? The onion rings and fries were cold, the “cheese fries” were a lump of hard cheese sitting underneath a collection of broken, burnt breading shells. It if the entire order, the soda was acceptable, and I’ve sandwich was at least warm.

Went to the drive through at 1pm in the afternoon. When we arrived, there were 3 cars in the drive through including my own. It took over 40 minutes to get our order taken (which was a mobile order anyway) and to receive our food. When our order was taken, three cars went through one side of the drive through before our side was even addressed. I understand short staffed, but there were at least three people working that I could see. Any time I’ve been here, they always forget something whether it be sauce or whole items. Inexcusable

Nice Burger King location. The restaurant looked new, or at least renovated. The interior was modern with nice seating areas. The exterior also looked new. The workers were nice and friendly. The place was not crowded, so we got our food fast. Everything taste good and seemed fresh. I needed additional ketchup so I asked at the counter, the server was friendly.

Stood for at least 10minutes without even being looked at let alone acknowledged before walking out. This and past experiences taught me they only care about doordash orders (beings noone else was there but they were plenty busy). Whether it is lack of employees or pure neglect is beyond me but not recommended if you are a walk in.

ETA: NOW THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ANYTHING AND CLOSED THE TICKET! NEVER GOT TO THIS LOCATION. NEARLY EVER ORDER WILL HAVE ISSUES!!!
ORIGINAL: Every single order has missing or incorrect items and usually the only recourse they give you is a “contact customer support.” And customer support usually won’t give you any refunds; they just want to give discounts on the next order that is usually less than what you are missing. Should be considered theft.

Will never go to this location again. Asked for a plain chicken sandwich at the drive through. They got that wrong, no big deal. I pulled around and went inside. Well no one was at the register for a few minutes, the cashier eventually came up front. I told her it was wrong and asked for a plain sandwich with only bacon, they remake it and missed the bacc on but put cheese on it.. I go back in, again, this time she’s even more annoyed than before. She doesn’t acknowledge the cheese part then opens a whopper to pull the bacon off and put it on my chicken sandwich. Not really appetizing when there’s hamburger gristle on the bacon…
At that point the manager was laughing as she walked out to her car for her cigarette break, I was fed up and asked for a refund, at that point she refunded me my sandwich cost from my meal price after that 15 minute ordeal. What a joke.
Terrible management, I wasn’t even trying to be difficult!
