I spent around $30 on my order, and after getting my food, I realized I forgot to grab sauce. So I asked for some.
That’s when I was informed I would need to pay $0.54 for sauce… after my card had already been run for the $30 order.
Nothing quite like being charged extra for a tiny cup of sauce while Wendy’s is price gouging. I guess next time I’ll make sure to carefully budget for condiments as well. You’ve profited $2.18 billion in sales last year. How much greedier do you need to be?
I also had to toss fries the are not good and quite frankly I can’t eat without SAUCE.

Lonnie is amazing. Danielle is awesome. Love the new chicken tenders and the fresh fries.
Great chicken wraps but Wendy’s burgers aren’t as good as I remember. It’s like the quality isn’t that good anymore.
Also, the Spicy Chicken sandwich used to be my best choice but now the quality is less than basic. It’s like chewy and weird, even their little Crispy Chicken sandwich taste better than the Spicy Chicken sandwich.
Make it make sense!

Visited on 12/13/2025 and the older lady working was probably the rudest person I’d ever met. Rolling her eyes while I was ordering and when she had a car in the drive thru. I called her out on her rudeness it was so bad. She claimed there was only three people working at the time. I’m sure the other two gentleman would have been better off if she had went home with her terrible attitude.
No one in a customer service position should act in this manner.

Was really great customer service, I chose the element of surprise for sauce and drink, they chose excellently. I typically only go for barbecue sauce and Dr Pepper.
They chose a sweet chili sauce and scorchin hot sauce out of the 2 sweet chili is probably the winner thank you for this experience will definitely come again!

They forgot all my fries (two medium fries & an order of cheese fries), so I call the restuarant and they said I could come back for it. I was already on the interstate so I had to exit & turn around to go get it. Then once I got home, I see that my ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich is literally just chicken, cheese & onions. None of the other toppings or even the pickles I added. Just a plain, sad, old looking sandwich! No lettuce or tomatoes like it was supposed to have. People pay too much money these days to have their things messed up or missing. This is absolutely terrible!

These people working here are bad for business. The food was horrible. My Hamburger looked like it was left out for a week. When I brought it back one of the workers laughed. The next one wasn’t much better. No I won’t be back.

Clean restaurant. Friendly service and short wait time. Parking is adequate. Bathrooms are extremely clean. Ceilings are clean. Top to bottom, the restaurant is clean. Lots of tables to choose from and they were all very clean.
