I had door dashed an order and what I received was not I wanted. I had ordered extra protein yet there was hardly any chicken or rice. There was way more sauce than there should’ve been. I’ve ordered before from this place and was pleased but this time was a big disappoint.

Qdoba is great in my opinion, but as of lately there’s no meat in the food(carryout) time before my last order they completely forgot the beans in a bowl I had ordered, this time minimal meat in both entrees, no steak in the surfnturf bowl just 4 pieces shrimp, birra burrito had about a spoonful of birra in it, didn’t know that rice was my chosen protein for both entrees, must be new employees or deliberate because its carryout. Hope they can get back to how it used to be, going to have to order in person just so they don’t forget anything in the entrees.

This was a nice place, similar to Costa Vida and Cafe Rio. It was relatively clean and the employees were fun. They did well with all the kids we brought through too.
I got a pulled pork burrito with some white rice, black beans, lettuce, and sour cream. The ingredients were spread out pretty well. It tasted good. I have no complaints!

I like to order the bowls because I am gluten free which makes this one of the few options for fast food. Then manager was helpful and friendly. The queso and chips is a perfect appetizer. I always have leftovers for the next day.

I have been a loyal customer to the closest competition for decades. I might have been converted today. Way more options for toppings than the competitor. Food was fresher. Everything tasted great and staff was helpful. The music is pretty loud, and I’m wondering if that’s why some other reviews state that orders have errors because it’s hard for staff to hear.

I came in for right after opening, 30 mins to be exact. Received no greeting and the place was dirty, I immediately turned around. Food poisoning is a real thing. Restaurants should be cleaned.

I went to the Sheboygan location with family, one who is deaf and one who has aphasia from a stroke, and Mario was beyond excellent with both of them. He was helpful, courteous, and very pleasant to all of us. He is an asset to the store.

Wait in line forever to get your food made with extremely slow service. Then to get to the register and the system crashes. Cash payments only no one can get their food. They should’ve at least done something for the customers that waited in line that long for slow service tonight.

The ground beef is a little spicy. The person that appeared to be the cashier/manager went out of his way. He was engaging, friendly and genuinely really nice. He came out in the dining room to get a drink. He made an effort to as myself and another diner how our meal was.
