Food was warm and fresh I got the teriyaki steak and the steak was very tender but could use a little more seasoning, the soy sauce packets helped but other than that it was great especially for a meal on the go!

I don’t care what anyone says about this place out of all the quick little Chinese/Japanese joints in rock hill this had some of the best hibachi around IMO, my wife got the chicken hibachi and I got the shrimp hibachi and we enjoyed it, the yum yum sauce was top teer very similiar to kobutos or nakatos not like most of the other places in rock hill where it taste store bought! The restaurant was very clean, the guy was actually cleaning the floors and going behind others making sure everything was clean unlike a lot of other places in rock hill that are nasty and very questionable!

This place has really gone down hill! I used to LOVE getting hibachi from here & was a regular customer. Over the past year I’ve tried it multiple times & the rice is disgusting, very sticky & hard! Also the veggies don’t taste fresh anymore! My family feels the same way! Just go sit down at Fuji & get real hibachi!

I ordered a basic California roll because it was my first visit. My daughter ordered steak and shrimp hibachi with a side of noodle. My roll was okay, nothing special. My daughter’s food looked okay but didn’t smell appetizing. She did eat most of it so, it was okay. I was charged $1 for ordering online (although it states $0.50).

Don’t be fooled by the “fast food” look of this place (that looks like it used to be a franchise fast food establishment). It’s order at the counter, and the menu is posted on a big lighted board above, but everything is made and cooked to order, with a nice presentation.
Sure, there’s no ambiance with the booths and tables and self-bussing, but the food was amazing. The chicken katsu was crispy and a bargain at $7.49, and the sushi was nicely made as well. The rolls average $10, which is very affordable for what you are getting.

Quick service but it wasn’t very busy when we came in.
We ordered seaweed salad, Crab Rangoon, Super Alaska Roll and The Big Easy roll and everything was tasty. They also have non-sushi items if fish isn’t your thing.
Friendly staff and good sushi are great reasons to come again. Next time I’m trying the Tonkatsu

Bloody dreadful. The protein? Tough as an old boot and so under-seasoned it might as well have been boiled in tap water. And the rice—how the hell do you manage to overcook and undercook it at the same time? That takes real talent. The veggies? The only thing that didn’t completely offend my taste buds, but still drowned in so much soy sauce I might as well have been sipping from the bottle. And the grand finale? An onion peel garnish—because nothing says “I’ve given up” like actual rubbish on the plate. Astonishing.

I was the only person there.. was told it was gonna be 15 mins for two basic sushi rolls and the veggie hibachi and the rolls fell apart when I picked up because of rice that had to have been multiple days old.. my wife’s hibachi veggies were worse.. no flavor and “fried rice” had to have been a week old.. it was served in clumps.. wish I would’ve checked my order before I pulled out of parking lot.. I definitely would’ve taken it back in and got my money back.. I’ll never go back and tell my friends the same

I used to love this place, I have been coming here for years. BUT the quality has gone downhill. This is the 2nd Japanese restaurant in Rock Hill I have raved about that have new management. I no longer go the the other place and I won’t be coming here any longer. We ordered 2 hibachi 1 chicken and shrimp and 1 chicken and steak and one chicken fried rice. The food was bland and tasteless especially the rice, the zuchinni tasted bitter come to find out it was rotten. The chicken was dry and hard outside as if made in the AIR FRYER and the steak was dry as well, none of this was edible.
