Took the cheer team I coach to stop for lunch on our way home from Ft. Worth TX., and our experience couldn’t have been better. When we called ahead to order, the person we spoke to was friendly and efficient.
When we arrived, our order was ready to go already, and even though we placed orders for our entire team, nothing was forgotten or incorrect.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, and even talked with us coaches about our trip so far!

Online ordering is where it’s at here the walk in wait time is a bit too long for my liking always waiting over 15 minutes then again wings should be cooked to perfection so I understand. They have a variety of flavored wing and also chicken sandwiches. Brownies are tasty and the drink choices could be more vast but they suffice. They inside is a bit small but I usually get to go. Parking sucks due to it being in a shopping outlet. Front counter person is usually always in a bad mood but they do have to answer phone calls while attending customers. All in all great wing and vibes(they also sell beer here).

This location consistently provides poor service. My coworkers and I placed a large order last night, as we work overnight. We ordered just before closing, but received only half of our order. It’s difficult to verify the contents while the order is sealed.
This isn’t the first time it’s happened to me personally. Due to the high volume of customers, mistakes are frequent. I understand that with a large influx of orders, some bad actors may slip through, but this issue prevented us from being offered a refund, remake, or credit. I assume this is due to the regular challenges the store faces. As a result, we will be filing a chargeback.
If you choose to order here, make sure to check your food in front of them before leaving. Don’t give them a reason to doubt you—inspect the entire order and its quality.

Ordered Togo last minute so had to wait indoor for my order. All the tables had food and trash on them, lots of workers but not sure they are working, driest chicken wing I have ever had including gas stations (that sit under heat lamps all day), soagiest fries ever. This was my first time ever trying wingstop and I will probably never try it again…these have to be the worst wings and fries ever. I put a picture to see how dry the wings are (shrunk way up on the bone). Spend over $20 on one person would expect better quality.

Why would you start cleaning in the middle of a small rush ? Makes worse didn’t see anyone wash their hands after putting everything together and touching all the chemicals. An HOUR WAIT for something u do at the end what if u spill or drop something they just leave it for tomorrow ♀️ my last time ordering Wingstop seriously this is terrible !!!!
