The place was average. It’s a nice concept but could use improvement.
The hotdog was very small – lots of bread but not much hotdog. I’d say they put another hotdog inside. Fries weren’t hot when they came out.
Chicken sandwich was fine.
The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked but the menu doesn’t tell you the difference between any of the flavors so it’s all up to guessing !

You will notice that there is no rating on food. That’s the problem. Ordered for the Super Bowl Saturday night for A 4pm pickup. What happened at that point was disappointing. First, the rudeness, arrogance and flippancy of the staff set the tone. I was told, despite ordering on line for a set time, that there were 10 orders ahead of me and it would be at least an hour. The manner in which i was told this by the apparent manager was as condescending as it could have been. He could not have been ruder if he tried. I could care less about the kosher aspect but i know how critical it is for the community which is why i wanted to support it. A kosher place cannot survive without the non-kosher support. The people who own this own Casa and they do a great job which is what made this so shocking. Apparently they have a great product and the concept is brilliant and so what’s needed in the community but they have got to get their act together. I can understand a delay but the communication and manner of treatment is not going to get them very far. The first step is to get rid of the staff that were working on Super Bowl Sunday. The second is to improve communication. I ordered on line, they had my email and phone. A simple message to say they were delayed may have gone a long way. Please. Please correct this. The community needs this place.

Dave’s Crunch House came through big time. Our group of 25 families got stuck in Houston after a flight cancellation, and they managed to deliver amazing food to us at Great Wolf Lodge on short notice. Great service, great food, and truly appreciated during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

We ordered 10 individual orders to one delivery location. It took a bit longer than expected but they were very on top of our delivery process making sure our orders were organized and correct. Food was 10/10, I may order again tomorrow.

Debated on posting this as I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but my coworkers and I were heavily disappointed with our order from Dave’s. We got the 8 piece bucket and all the pieces were way overcooked and dry. The breading was practically black. It looks nothing like the photos on their website. We understand the place is still new so hopefully this was just an off day and not the norm, but we won’t be ordering from here again for a very, very long time.
