Had an excellent experience. Food was properly cooked and arrived within a reasonable time. Staff were accomodating and friendly despite having some customers trying to scam free food. Dining area was clean and all sttaff were very professional. The manager there was very engaged in her shop.

It’s Hardee’s / Carl’s Jr. You already know it’s gonna be perfect. C’mon y’all. But truly, if something is not good at a Hardee’s then it’s just a fluke. I have loved them from the 80’s as a child, the late 90’s into 2000’s when the chilli cheeseburgers were all the rage and Frisco was 1st popping off. And now they have that chicken dialed in on a different level.
The only thing I could ever ask for would be to get the Chilli Cheeseburger back. And one of those “Plan B – Rodney Mullen Happy Star” skateboard decks you know they got at the home office somewhere. I would give my right eye for that board.

You have to wait 15 to 30 minutes inside or in the drive-thru for food. Burgers are lukewarm so the cheese won’tmelt, fries tend to be old to a point where they’rehard and cold. Either they are severely understaffed, or the quality of their employees leaves much to be desired. Don’t try to get breakfast there if you don’t have at least half an hour to wait. Placed online order today, order to be ready at 10:38. Didn’t get through the line to get it until after 11:15.

Got a pork chop biscuit and a chicken biscuit. Pork Chop was great. But the chicken in the chicken biscuit was perhaps the nastiest thing a fast food place has served me (That was still probably edible). It had only been a couple hours since they opened, but the chicken had the texture of having sat under a heater for an entire day. The smell alone should have seen it disqualified from being served to a customer.
