Arrived around 8 AM for breakfast placed our own automated order served our own coffee and waited approximately two minutes before our pre-sliced bagels arrived with cream cheese on the side had to spread our own cream cheese. We were the only ones in the place for about 45 minutes Clean inside but very chilly actually it was 35° outside and the air conditioning was on inside the place. $20 for two bagels two coffees and we had to place the order ourselves other than that bagel was decent not anything like Bruegars Bagels im Asheville but satisfying nonetheless.

Ok first off it took me nearly 20 mins to get my food, I wasn’t that upset about that because they were busy and I understand. Once I got my food, I asked the drive thru lady if everything was in there, fork and ranch to be exact. When she opened it, “everything” was there. Well pulling out of the drive thru I looked and the ranch wasn’t in there so I walked into the store and waited at the desk for about 5 mins when someone finally seen me and asked what I needed. I stated I just needed ranch and I’ll be on my way, they walked over to the food section and then came back with no ranch and said “are you sure you didn’t get your ranch? I responded with yes, im sure. Well once again another person came by and said “I packed your bag and it was in there” I said I promise the ranch is not in there. Then after the 3rd person came by and offered the ranch to me with a whole salad, gave a bit of attidude that how dare I ask for them to do their job?
Do you think I’m lying about ranch? Do you think I would spend $18 on fast food to only lie about ranch? Come on! Pretty silly if you ask me. Do better. I will not be back. I appreciate you assuming that I was stealing your ranch.

They are nice, and we are there with friends to have a light dinner. After a long time, I visited. Yes, it is famous and maintains the same taste that I tried a few years back.

I feel bad for the employees here. You can tell they’re working hard behind the counter to get orders out and probably have to deal with a lot of unhappy customers because the owner doesn’t hire enough employees to run front of house, restock and clean the dining areas. One of the employees was working on fixing the ice machine as well because it was malfunctioning. The owner needs to take more pride in their establishment. It may cost more to hire more employees but you’ll get higher ratings and more customers if you actually put money into getting adequate staff to get lines moving and make it a more pleasant experience to eat here. The people who do work behind the counter were very nice, it’s a shame they don’t have a better owner to work for.

This place is ladened with homeless people inside the dining area sleeping and laying all over the furniture. There are mounds of their trash and belongings scattered all over the place and management doesn’t seem to think it’s a problem. But oh, here is your $12 sandwich.

We had lovely late lunch on way into town to see family. Kiosk doesn’t do split payments so both cashiers were very willing to help. Our boys very much enjoyed their French dips. Daughter had turkey bacon bravo and I loved my broccoli cheddar soup. Everything was perfect temps. We also shared cherry danish and a brownie. Delicious. Easy to get in and out.

Panera, I don’t even know what to say so I have been craving your mac & cheese bowl. OK it was amazing the first time I had it was like I was in heaven OK right and so since it’s a chain and I know half the food is frozen I figured how much can you mess this up right and so we pull up and first of all we see a homeless man like like guarding the door and it’s not because and it’s not because I’m like mean to the homeless people it’s just it’s a little unprofessional. It’s a little unprofessional and And it’s not safe for little kids to be running around and there was and there was a lot of little kids running around the store, which was kind of weird because it was around dinner time. Also, this is a brand new location so I figured walking in here. I’d be surprised and amazed, and it was disgusting. The floors were dirty. There was nobody at the what’s it called. We had to use the iPad to order because no one wanted to talk to us and we only ordered mac & cheese and like a soup and and they were out of everything and I understood that’s not their fault but it’s the fact that for that meal it took about 30 minutes and if here’s the thing we there was no one in that store who was ordered it’s just your usual like old people sitting down and like and like yeah and so it’s just it’s just insane that it took that long and when we get our food, it is rotten and dirty. The bowls are not washed and also I understand how you have to ask for a key to get into the bathroom but when we ask the employee, she just met us back with sarcasm and disappointment and rude so yeah overall Panera I’m not coming back. Thank you.

Decided to try Panera for the first time in years. Waited in line for 30 minutes on our order. Got home to see they forgot a whole sandwich! Also my soup was cold and they forgot the pumpkin seeds. The tomatoes on my Greek salad tasted off as well. Really disappointed in their service and will not be back. At least they made it right and refunded my money.

I have been a few times in the past week. I’ve dined in once for breakfast and gotten dinner to-go! The bacon and spinach souffle was pretty good, but it turns out souffle is not something I’d eat often. However, their salads are really good and so is their soup!

$38 for 2 meals. Ordered on the kiosk and gave my name and number to be notified. Never was, only got my food because I went up to the pick up place and saw it sitting there for who knows how long. The water I ordered wasn’t with it so I asked the person behind the counter and he said that it should have been provided at the front desk (cashier) so went and put my food down then came back up to get a water and there was no one to be seen, no bell or service button so I simply said hello loudly and continued every 10ish seconds. No one ever showed up so I just reached over and took a water myself. Every available table was dirty so I wiped one down myself to sit down and eat. Personally I got one of the back in stock French dippers (full). Each sandwich half had one maybe 2 slices of meat and one peice of cheese. Double the amount of bread on the top load and bottom loaf than the filling. To top it all off I ordered it all as dine in but they gave me a to go cup of soup so I was unable to even dip the supposed dipper and the soup was half full of onions so I was out of liquid to cram my sandwich into after just half a sandwich. Extremely disappointing, should have went to Mcalister
