10 June 2019/Location: Southgate. Degraded quality and overpriced , don’t do it! Degraded quality: fries were burnt and not as plentiful – their fries used to be really good. I picked out the semi decent ones. I asked for lemon pepper and mango habanero flavors. I got tiny wings for both , ONLY ONE set had favor the other were just plain “tiny” wings. Not sure what happened , someone was having a bad day , short staffed, whatever I am very disappointed and will not be going back. This evening’s little splurge (I was having a food cheat night) was a shear disappointment. The only thing good was the customer service. Southgate Wingstop what happened , you suck?

I hate to be doing this review. But today I went to pick up my order and while I was waiting I CLEARLY saw on of the employees smoking… he literally blow the smoke directly onto the food that was being fried! That’s extremely disgusting and disrespectful! I hope wingstop does something about this kind of behavior!

I ordered chicken tender strips and this was given to me. A chicken patty!? Granted, it was close to closing time but you could’ve just cancelled the order. This isn’t the first time that the quality of my food order has been bad or totally incorrect but it is the last time.

Its a shame. I order from this location all the time. I ordered all flats. Why am I being served the the non-edible tip of the wing and a drum that I didn’t pay for. Looks like im going to have to check after your personnel routinely. At least the tea didn’t taste deathly old.

if I could give a zero, I would. I ordered bone in, and was given boneless. apparently it’s my fault that they dont know the difference. please verify your order or you’ll get the wrong thing and be charged for their mistake. and be asked to go back to the store for a refund or to fix THEIR mistake
