I recently placed an online order at the new location, which is super convenient since it’s close to my workplace. I was told my order would be ready around 12:10, but when I got there, the place was quite busy. I understand that being a new location might come with a few hiccups, resulting in a longer wait time. However, I noticed that walk-in customers were being served ahead of my online order, and a staff member kept asking about the status of my order.
Once I got back to work and opened the meals, I was surprised to see that the portions were much smaller than I expected—about half the size. Chipotle used to have generous portions and really prioritized customer satisfaction, so it’s a bit disappointing to see that seems to have changed.

The chicken was kind of bland, portions smaller than the one in winterville. Lots of choices weren’t available. The woman standing in the middle to serve did not say a word at all and when asked about queso, she pretty much ignored me. You don’t have to be super excited but at least be pleasant. However the other woman was super nice and cheerful.

When I walked in there was a line. At my age now, I had a dilemma. Stay or find something else to eat. I chose to stay and I’m glad I did. The crew here are on point and was zipping everyone through the line while not missing a beat on what each customer wanted. I will definitely be coming here again. Thanks for the attention to detail and the promptness of spectacular service. Wishing all of you a merry Christmas and a wonderful happy new year

Incompetent management, poorly trained crew who couldn’t care less even if they tried. Pathetic. Mobile order was late by over 25 minutes, after all the waiting still did not receive the meal paid for, they gave me a half empty container missing the exact item I was waiting for. Thinking I wouldn’t comeback. The manager on duty, helpless and failed to communicate properly. Team members completely failed to properly manage expectations and on top of that still failed to provide bare minimum service to a paying customer – instead went the petty route and purposefully gave me incomplete order. Not coming back to this location.

The service is poor and sometimes even disrespectful. It is midday and they are out of steak. Instead of giving an estimated wait time the employee has an attitude and just says “no steak”. Very nonchalant 0 customer service skills.
Throws the bowl down. Doesn’t ask if I want queso! Scrapes bottom of the pan chicken for my bowl (cold and nasty).
One time I ordered a quesadilla online and they gave me a bowl with lettuce and meat. It never gets better here.

The terrible service at this location continues. While I love this chain, the lack of organization at this location hinders service. Placed an order in the app for the pick up lane. Upon arrival, found the express lane to be wrapping the parking lot. Inside is over a dozen people waiting on orders and several other people trying to get online orders addressed that were made incorrectly. 12:10 pick up time but didn’t receive the order until 12:31. This displays a lack of respect for the customer’s lunch break. Lesson learned, I will only visit the other locations in town going forward.

Left the chipotle by the mall because they had no queso after he started to fix my bowl… came to this location and was so happy I did. Food was fresher , customer service was great and overall Better taste then other locations. I’ll always visit this location by the hospital from now on

This is the second time in the past month that I’ve had to wait over an hour in the “chipoltlame”. This is the worst chipolte location in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I highly recommend ordering from the Greenville Blvd Location rather than this one!

look. I’m not a picky guy. but this place sucks. they ALWAYS mess up orders. without question the worst place in Greenville. worked in food most my life and honestly this level of incompetency is crazy. it should be studied.
