Order was done at 512 according to there automated computer. I still waited 25 min after that. Didn’t get our second brownie. Watch people that ordered over forty min before them tell them it’s not in the oven yet. Watched the manager just shrug his shoulders when people canceled there orders like he didn’t care. We ordered around 4:20 thats not even there slammed time. If my order took that long it should have been hot and fresh out the oven but my pizzas where not even warm carring them out to the car.
Another time we put in a pre order to have it done by 4 and it was not even put in the oven and took them another hour and half to finish it. I am done with this place. They never have it together. I ha e worked 3 pizza stores in my life ti.e it’s not that hard.

Ordered Little Caesars through a delivery app and was treated to a live performance of “How Not to Run a Pizza Place.” The delivery driver, however, was phenomenal — calm, professional, and clearly the hero of this story. Please protect them at all costs.

When the driver arrived, all employees quietly exited the building at the same time without acknowledging the customers inside. No explanation. No sign. Just a spontaneous team-building exercise… outdoors.

They eventually returned and flung the pizza onto the counter, having thoughtfully forgotten half the order — including the most expensive item, because of course. The toppings were applied with what I can only assume was a strict rationing policy: one per slice, if that.

Overall, a magical experience full of mystery, minimalism, and zero customer service. Five stars to the delivery driver for surviving this.

Nope. Never again. Just stood inside for 20 minutes and it was if I didn’t exist. No one working took my order, spoke to me, anything. One guy waiting on a DoorDash order was also inside and said that his order was posted as being ready 25 minutes before I walked in. As far as I know he’s still waiting. Heard over one of their phone calls that they had no hot n ready pizzas and the wait time was 25 minutes. Left and drove down the street to Dominos. Had 4 pizzas in hand in 15 minutes.

Ordered 2 pizzas on a Sunday at 6pm via their app. My food was supposed to be ready by 7:25pm. I arrived at 7:30, told by a manager they’re behind and it could be another hour. Refused a refund so I opted to wait for my food. Didn’t receive it until almost 9pm. By the time I got it home my kids were asleep. I’m surprised this location is still in business. Their store is always super dirty and unkept. I’ve lived in some sketchy areas and I’ve never experienced such a lack of customer service.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE ASKING FOR A BAD NIGHT!!!

Im not one to usually leave bad reviews but this place needs to be known they either need better management or close their doors. I have given them multiple chances over and over to improve their employees and business. I’ve tried every way to work with them by going online and ordering early, calling early in the day and every-time there seems to be an issue with them getting the orders done in time. You can put an order in an hour early and go in to pickup and they will tell you it will take another 2 hours for 2 pizzas it’s totally ridiculous. On top of all that they manage to burn and overcooked both pizzas. They had 3 other customers also need refunds and walk out cause they were also told it will take that long for their pizzas. From this point forward I will no longer support this location and I will gladly pay the extra $2 at dominos with there coupons and get a better experience and pizza. 1 one star only because I cant put 0

“Hot-N-Ready”? More like “Cold-N-Waiting.”

Oh boy, where do I begin with this fine dining experience? Every time we decide to roll the dice and hit up Little Caesars, we get to play everyone’s favorite game: Guess How Long You’ll Wait for a Pizza That’s Supposed to Be Ready. Spoiler alert it’s never hot, it’s never ready, and it’s barely edible by the time you get it.

And then there’s Jay, the manager of the year, who apparently thinks “closing time” is just a vague suggestion. Why keep making food an hour before closing when you can just stand around pretending the ovens don’t exist? Genius move, really.

If you love cold pizza, long waits, and customer service with the enthusiasm of a wet paper towel, this is absolutely the spot for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other Little Caesars or heck, just buy a frozen pizza. At least that one will be hot when you’re ready for it.

By the time you finally get your pizza here, it’s basically bedtime so congrats, dinner is tomorrow’s breakfast.

This should be called hot and occasionally ready. We used the app to order for a party and when we called to check the day of, they didnt have it. So we ordered then on the phone and were told 30 minutes. Show up in 30 minutes and are told 20 more minutes. Not worth the hassle.

I only gave this place one star because I don’t have the option to go lower, everytime I order online from this location no matter how long I give them it is never ready! Last example I order 1 order of pizza puffs on line and set it for pick up 2hrs from the time I ordered it, guess what not ready if you can please order from anywhere else or drive to pickerington or canal to get your food this place and its staff are terrible

1 hour 20 minutes to make 2x pizzas. Slow nonchalant employees walking in/out of store numerous times to vape/smoke. Loud vulgar awful music playing inside store. Not using the portal pickup oven, making numerous people stand and wait to even ask for their order. Pizzas were assembled pretty poorly. Its Little Caesar’s.. the expectations are already low but this location is beyond terrible.

I wonder how many 1 star reviews they have to get before the franchise owner makes some changes.

I ordered online an it told me a time an when I went to try to pick it up I had to wait for over a hour past my pick up time, an the staff that was working, didn’t even bother to acknowledge anyone who came in for ordering or for pick up for a good 20 + mins I would not recommend this place to anyone any longer, they have went down in service unbelievably bad
