The food was great! It was perfectly prepared. The Bacon King Was Not burned or sooggy. It did ooze sauce everywhere. The fries were thick and delicious. The self serve soda machine was pretty high tech and cool to see. The staff was very friendly. The place was quiet because there was only a few other customers.

Place is always dirty. I’m in drive thru 2-25-26 at 8:33 p.m I’ve sat in your drive thru for over 40 just to get food. Waited 20 minutes for my food after cash out. I had to go in and was greeted with the upmost disrespectful workers you have there. This is ridiculous on how they treat your customers on night shift. Y’all need better workers and more employees

Kindly requested well done hash browns and they are mush…. Really wish the other Burger King was closer because I’ve always had better luck with them. Requested ketchup and got two little packets, there’s way too many hash browns for two little packets and it’s going to be a while before I go home to where I can actually cook the hash browns anyway I guess…. Needless to say the service was terrible and they gave me bad food. Only time I get good service from this place is whenever I go at 6:00 a.m. when somebody else is on drive-thru.

I was in line 35-40 min and then I called to see what was taking so long I was told to go somewhere else and he hung the phone. I called spoke with a nice young lady who apologized for his behavior. When I got to the windows I asked worker was my food still hot since waiting so long. He told me to go somewhere else and shut the windows in my face. I stayed at the windows and a lady came(manager) and as I told her my order I had my phone out to take a picture of his name tag and I didn’t see it so I put the camera to his face and I have picture of him sticking his finger up and I have a picture of him trying to hide his face. All Connie the district manager did was write him up. Of course I am pursuing other avenus and will never go back again. He was so disrespectful and did this in front of acting manager at the time

Ordered a triple with cheese got told to pull around because they are going to make it fresh. OK no big deal get home realize I have double Not a triple like I ordered I go here about once a week sometimes more and this is what’s handed to me after I took a couple bites I realized it was raw! This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous said they was making it fresh yeah right did they even attempt to cook it properly not! And like I said I go here about once a week sometimes more never once had this problem I’m lost for words after this this is not an Honest mistake. This is just pure laziness.

I’ve been going to E. Eldorado more often over the last few months. I had to introduce myself last night to the manager, Sandy because she is a breath of fresh air. These days it’s truly hard to find people working to exceed expectations. She is such a pleasant person that goes above and beyond. I tend to order inside mostly. I can see what a hard worker she is and she still greets us with a smile & great customer service each time, no matter how hectic the day is. I wish there were more in the industry like her!

Decatur Illinois should have everything in Decatur under a dollar. It’s spoiled and rotten and nasty. Plus this burger king have roaches and rats – and I received one bun and the other bun wasn’t on there and mustard sandwiche with no meat nasty

This location (the only one left in Decatur unfortunately) has gone seriously downhill. So much so that my drive thru order today took 20 minutes. I would have left but it’s one of those that traps you on both sides. I’m happy for the people behind me as the order in front of me and my order both were released very quickly once we made it to the window.
It’s really unfortunate b/c I love their new impossible burger, but I will definitely not waste another lunch trip here.

This Burger King does not disappoint. The food is always fresh, hot and fast. The restaurant and rest rooms are always clean. The staff is most always fast and friendly. A overall great value for your money. I’m not going back to McDonald’s anytime soon.
