Friday night we tried out Four Way Bar and Grill for the first time. The restaurant originally opened in 1978. The name stems from the four way partnership with the original owners. They run the restaurant like a Supper Club and have a wide variety of food options and portion sizes.
The single portion of fried haddock comes with 6 decent size pieces. The breading was light, thin and crispy. The fries have a sweet, almost like seasoned salt sprinkled on them, which was delicious.
The chive crusted cod had a nice crumbled breading baked on top of it. It didn’t really come across as chive-y, but was really good.
The 1/2 portion baked cod, was a really nice size piece of fish for a 1/2 portion. It was nice and flaky.
The 1/2 order of salmon was cooked well.
The broasted chicken came with a breast and wing. The breast was so moist and juicy.
This place was insanely affordable. For all five of us, our bill was only around $100 At most restaurants that is a price for two people.
I’m a little surprised, we have never heard of this place before. We will definitely come back here.

Our party of six stopped in on a Saturday and had a great experience. The prime rib was excellent—very tender and flavorful. The real highlight, though, was the young guy behind the bar. He was incredibly friendly and even came out from behind the bar to grab our table another round before we headed into the dining room. We’ll definitely be back.

We have been coming for the buffet lunches and dinners and recently celebrated our wedding in the upstairs rental space and it was amazing. The staff is so easy to work with and their decor was perfect for the vision we had for the wedding. We highly recommend going for the buffet, pizza and if you need a space for a celebration!!

Came here for the wings. When they came out they are beautifully cooked. Perfect amount of sauce and crispness. My only complaint was the actual meat did not taste good. It tasted like the dark grey parts of chicken meat. But like all the meat tasted like that.

Four way is a place my family and I have come many times to get together for Friday night fish. Many times, this has been a fantastic experience. Front patio is amazing, servers are attentive and lovely.
However this time, we ate in the dining room. For starters, the energy was … depressing. Servers were snappy, impersonal, and showed zero interest in working at this business. Sat down to at 8pm and by 8:30 felt like we were invading the restaurant by being there. I’m a service worker, have been for 14 years. Bad nights happen, but this was a collective effort to be rude and entitled in a work place.
Zero communication and where to pay (at the service counter? How would we know that?)
All the workers sitting out counting tips, eating and know one talking to us about how to wrap up our dinner experience.
If you’re going to work in service, learn your script and do your job. I promise you it will make more money and you’ll learn a thing or two.

We held a surprise 50th birthday party in the upstairs and it went so well. Jamie did a great job helping us plan and is very accommodating. The space is rustic and cozy which fit well for our whiskey/burbon theme. We chose to have a buffet of food with a variety of hot and cold items. All of it was great and there were many compliments from our friends and family. Service was awesome! Thanks for making our party go so well!
