They refused to honor Veteran tax exemption card. Informed them while placing order of the exemption. Carhop came out to see card, looked confused, then went back in. Several minutes go by and someone else comes on speaker (manager, I suppose) to inform me full amount, with tax, still due. So I guess Vets can’t use their tax cards here. Even McDonald’s knows how to process these.

When you ask to them to bring change for a $20 for your order because no a/c and dog in car. Sure then oh I will be right back. Ugh. If they don’t know how to count change, then teach them or fire them. And the picture says it all for the sandwich. Just sad and disgusting. DO BETTER!!!!!

They got my order wrong and when I called in the assistant manager Christopher hung up on me not once but twice! The burgers were so soggy you couldn’t even pick them up! He needs to be fired for his customer service!!

A few days ago my boyfriend, one of our friends and I went to Sonic for a late night supper. We ordered three burgers and a chicken sandwich with fries, which were all extremely greasy. After getting home all three of us were extremely sick. This is the third time I have been super sick from this location. Not sure what’s happening here, but you have lost a customer…. I will say our server was super sweet and fast to deliver.

They burned the cheese on my burger and just gave it to me like everything was normal. And by burned I MEAN BURNED! Bonus points if you can tell what part is the patty and which part is the cheese.

They do not mark the drinks. When there is more than one drink in an order, please mark them. It is more than just a courtesy, it is important for someone that is diabetic and trying to manage it to know they are getting their sugar free drink. And not, “oh, just try one. You’ll be able to taste the difference.”

A few days ago we went to Sonic and got the two burgers for 5 dollars. Took a long time to get it and when she came out I noticed that they don’t wear the change making belt anymore. Pay them and they ask if you want your change. It was over 2 dollars I’m change. I said yes. It made me mad. It was overcooked. The tipping culture is getting stupid. 2 burgers that’s all. No extras.

We ordered 5 different drinks to which all of them wrong and 2 were missing, when we told an employee she said that we could keep the drinks that were wrong but we still didn’t get the correct ones! We tried to explain it to her, show her our order, etc but she could not understand what we were saying. She also said that they put Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero because “that was the only button they have and they taste the same”… actually, they’re different and the app shows it as such anyway. They did get one item right… it was our water
