I stopped in at Bricktown BBQ while passing through Oklahoma City, and I’m glad I did. To be honest, when my chicken tenders arrived, they didn’t look all that great — they appeared a little dry at first glance. But looks can be deceiving! The first bite completely changed my mind. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted freshly made.
It’s always a nice surprise when a meal exceeds your expectations, and Bricktown BBQ definitely did that for me. Friendly service, great food, and a comfortable atmosphere — I’d absolutely stop here again next time I’m in town

DO NOT RECOMMEND. After we were seated and received our drinks the waitress proceeded to tell us all of the food choices they were out of. Since we were already seated and had our drinks, we decided to order a small pizza to share. The pizza was terrible. It was undercooked and the cheese wasn’t melted, see pics below. To make matters worse, we decided just to eat the brisket on top of the pizza and found a hair in the pizza. GROSS!!! We informed the waitress and she took $1 off of the bill. There are lots of the restaurants just a few steps away… Take the couple of steps and go somewhere else.

This is in the spot formerly occupied by Earl’s and it does not disappoint! The wagyu brisket is delicious! Their jalapeño smoked sausage is unique and flavorful. Not to mention the portions are very filling! The 3 for 30 is a great deal and I can’t wait to go back and try more!

Staying nearby and decided to give it a try because of the rave reviews on their brisket. Our server was very attentive, but sadly, we found out, once we were ready to order, that they were out of brisket and baked potatoes. I ended up going with the wagu burger topped with pulled pork and a side of fried okra. My husband had the ribs and the seasoned fries. The burger was juicy and tasted amazing! The pulled pork wasn’t shabby either (if I was going to be picky, I would say it was a bit over seasoned). The okra was fried nice and crispy, so no complaints there. My husband enjoyed the ribs very much, though he thought the onion powder was a bit strong on them for his taste. The ribs were a tad overdone, but when a lot of people think falling off the bone is a rib done right, it is probably a good middle ground level of doneness that will please the most customers. The seasoned fries are the bomb! They serve the meat the right way – unsauced. There is one sauce choice on the table, and it has a very nice balance of vinegar and sweet. I have to say if they’d offered bottles for sale we would have taken one home. I was a bit disappointed that there were no beer offerings; soda, tea, lemonade, and I think I saw a slushie machine or two. Next time we’re in the area we’ll eat there again and see if we can get some of the wagu brisket. I think Bricktown is a great area and I was glad to see a new BBQ restaurant in the old Earl’s location. I wish them success.

Hands down the best BBQ my husband and I have had in years! The meat literally fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. The flavor was perfect the ambiance was comfortable, fun and great for families. The kids ate all of their food and some of ours… The wait staff was so kind! Thank you Wyatt! Oh and for 30 bucks we got 3 meat choices and two sides enough to feed two people. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend anyone reading this tries this place for yourself! I ate all the food or I would have posted a picture of the plate….

Went to this restaurant at 12:30 in the afternoon. Tried to order the loaded Baked potato, but was told they were out. Ordered the brisket pizza instead. The pizza dough was not fully cooked, nor was the cheese fully melted. I absolutely do not recommend eating here.

Just enjoyed a meal here and it was delicious! Lots of places can make decent BBQ, and as expected, this place didn’t disappoint. However, they have AMAZING BBQ beans! So good I had to order more! Samuel gave us great service, and I’m glad we stopped here.

Visiting OKC and wanted to try because I love barbecue. Ordered the brisket and it was horribly dry and hard to swallow as well as terribly over seasoned. Paid for the double meat plate and I received maybe 3 full pieces of actual brisket and the rest was dry inedible scraps. Fries were ok but Mac and cheese was flavorless. Very dissatisfied and disappointed
