First, I ordered just wingS no drumsticks. They came out with 4 drums stick in there. The wings Are very dry and not juicy also it’s not as hot as I expect. I didn’t say anything I just asked for the kitchen to cut the car smaller because it couldn’t fit my mouth they were too big. The kitchen refused to and mentioned that it is how it went. Very busy. Wasn’t able to order on line. 45 minute wait in long line. Staff super friendly. Need another counter person. Food ready but only one counter person to take orders etc. She also gave me the wrong wings. Really was looking forward to mild buffalo wings. Recieved garlic parmesan instead.

Every time we are at Foxwoods we notice a long line at Wing Stop. We have never tried it so decided to give them a try. Ordered a 10 piece combo that comes with fries and a drink. Tried a couple different flavors that were just ok. The wings themselves were overcooked and very dry. The fries were the best part they were cooked perfectly crispy and seasoned. Prices were decent probably the reason people go there. I would maybe give them another chance in the future but would not go back anytime soon.

Food hit the spot at 1:30 am, but it’s nothing special. The carrots were oddly soft.
I know it was late, so workers might be tired, which is why I try to be understanding.
I know I was initially wrong, but the snark I was met with wasn’t called for. I ordered chicken tenders thinking that was their iteration of boneless wings. Again, I was in the wrong here. But when I questioned it, I was met with a sarcastic response that yes tenders and boneless wings were two different things.
In the end, he let me adjust my order. But I was made to feel stupid even after I had already realized my mistake and apologized.

Wings were super small like popcorn chicken size. Last time they were bigger. The 10 PC wings with fries for $16-18 wasn’t worth it. Still hungry. Taste was a bit off. Fries crispy and salty.

The worker has the nastiest attitude. She has braided hair, and no name tag so I don’t know her name. Honestly this is why we go to Mohegan bc the little restaurants that are open here have rude employees like this.
AND the guy making my food and bagging it is eating at he cooks. Literally chewing food while cooking and bagging. That is disgusting, mouth open and all.
I see why it only has 2 stars. The employees act like they hate their jobs and their lives. It’s not welcoming.

Takes 30 minutes for 15 wings. This is just ridiculous. Maybe get more fryalators? Maybe more staff? Been 2x because the wings are decent but man-o-man…..I have a concert to attend and I’m gonna be late!
