The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there were A LOT of random bits of onion rings in my mini tacos. Other than that everything was great! They greeted me and took my order right away. I didn’t have to sit around. My food was fantastic, I have always love JITB sourdough Jack, but for whatever reason this one was so much better than other times. my mini tacos were great too, they hit the spot for sure. The girl at the window was very sweet and kind. Just all around. I appreciate the customer service and how well the food was. I will definitely be going back to this one.

Starting with the positive – the food was…fine. It’s Jack in the Box. The biggest problem was it took 20 minutes to get our order of 2 burgers and 2 tacos. The only reason it wasn’t longer was because I just started “lurking” by the counter after 15 minutes and someone finally noticed and asked if I need help. Only then did they even begin to prep the order. Ironically this was right after hearing the guy who was presumably the manager bragging to a staff member about how much they should listen to him because he had “years of experience”. Maybe a little less time talking yourself up to employees and a little more watching out for unfilled orders.

I went through the drive thru today a couple of minutes ago, I ordered onion rings and cheese sticks, waited a good 15 mins for them also, I should’ve checked my bag when they handed it to me but I was too much in a rush to get home, once I got home I realized my onion rings weren’t there so I tried to call the store about three times and it went to voicemail each time. Dude with the glasses at the drive thru line register please double check and make sure all of peoples items are in their bag before giving them to customers because I just wasted $4 because of you :).

Tried the grinch midnight meal! As well as our go-to’s like jalapeno poppers and ult cheeseburger… everything was great and so fresh! Guy at the counter was very nice also! Great location!

The employees are rude and purposely gave me old food. One time I went, the acting manager (not Jack) tried to take my receipts and give me a different order (less than what I paid for). When found out, he chuckled with the employees gave me the order I paid for (taking the previous one). They definitely lost a customer. Very negative atmosphere. Hopefully they get employees who are kind and trustworthy people interacting with the food.

This spot is hit or miss. I’ve had decent tacos and I’ve had the worst tacos at this location. Some times it takes forever for seemingly no reason. Glad they added the order kiosk because sometimes before the staff seemed annoyed to take your order. I’ve had better luck at the other location in town.
