This is a review of the veggie burger, the mushroom swiss burger and the north forty burger.
Ok first of all the service…One server working to take care of quite a few tables today 8/8/25 at lunchtime. I wish I had gotten her name but alas I did not. She was hustling the whole time we were there. She took such good care of us even though she had a lot of tables to look after. She was friendly and personable, she got the orders 100 percent correct without even writing anything down! She never made us wait, she checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and when we did she brought it right away. She scores a 10 out of 10.
The vibe inside is a little dark and brewery themed for sure. Outside in the courtyard it was sunny and clean. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful day.
Husband had the mushroom swiss burger and he rated it a 9 out of 10.
Daughter had the north 40 burger she rated it a 9 out of ten.
I had the veggie burger and rate it a 9.5 out of 10. The only reason it didn’t get a 10 was it didn’t hold together amazingly but it wasn’t too bad either and it tasted sooo good!! The fact that they have a homemade veggie burger is super rare around here and made me happy!
The buns: house-made deliciousness and held up throughout the whole burger eating episode!
The fries: So damn good. Everyone rated them a 10, they are house cut, crispy and salty… not oily. So good!
We will definitely be back.

Really glad this place reopened! Came in for live music last Saturday ~ Honestly some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in a while. Also really good beer on tap, and the bartender is very knowledgeable, and makes killer espresso martinis. The back patio area is really cool too. Can’t wait to see this place grow!

We were there on a z Tuesday in early June and the place was busy with people coming in. They had live music and Tuesday is burger night. The $10 cheese burger with fries was a good burger. They were listed to close at 8, and the kitchen did close then but they were not in a hurry to chase people out. Apparently, if busy they are listens Ed to stay open until 9. I’m not sure how long they have been open but I hope they have plans to improve the house speakers the band was using. Staff were very friendly and asked not only how the food was but what we thought of the different beers we tried.

Stopped in today for dinner after hearing the buzz about North Forty’s reopening with a new menu and new ownership. The service was amazing with the food coming out rather quickly. Our host greeted us promptly and our server was incredibly nice and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend the food enough, however. Out of the fried calamari and poutine appetizers, I could not give a favorite. Both were incredibly well-made and are certainly going to be a reoccuring order of mine. When the burgers came out, I was equally impressed with the presentation and flavor. After the Covid-19 shutdown, a lot of local pubs lost their unique flavor and charming aspects, but this is bringing back the pub-pride of the Oregon Coast and I cannot wait to see more from this business!

My buddy and I stopped in for a flight of beers. Our first time at this brewery. Cool atmosphere with outdoor seating. My favorite beers were the Big Iron Imperial IPA and the Sunberry Sour. The Cerveza Del Norte was excellent so I took home a sixer. Good conversation with the bar tender.

One would never expect the meal they will be served when first walking into this plain and simple restaurant. The staff was friendly and courteous and meal had to have been prepared by a chef. We were a party of five with five different orders. Each meal was superb in flavor and presentation. I found the prices to be in line with the meals were were served.

Came on a Friday night for dinner. Thought we were early enough to beat the busy time but forgot about the sip and stroll. Even still, they were plenty attentive and the service was fantastic. All the staff were great and our server went above and beyond! The building was nicely decorated and seating was nicely spaced. All seats were hard wood which was a bummer but we were optimistic.
The food, on the other hand, was just ok. Don’t get me wrong, everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and served beautifully. It was just lacking in flavor. We started with appetizers. We ordered a Korean corn dog and the Elote Croquettes. They sounded amazing on the menu and looked incredible when they arrived. Problem was, they were both super bland in taste. The chorizo had good flavor in and of itself but the thick batter muted it down. For dinner we ordered the Jamaican Salmon and the North Burger. The salmon was cooked perfectly and probably had the best flavor of all the foods we tried. Individually, the rice was decent but the curry just tasted like canned stewed tomatoes and onions. Combining the rice and curry did work better. The North Burger was cooked perfectly (medium rare) as were the fries. The biggest issue being that the burger must have been plated before resting because the bottom bun was completely soaked through before the food got to the table. The components of the burger were all great, but ultimately nothing really popped to give it any excitement. We finished with cheesecake and again, we were not impressed. The texture was more gritty like a quiche and lacked the creaminess you’d expect from a dessert. The caramel glaze was tasty but didn’t fix the texture.
Worth mentioning, the prices were affordable. A date night under $100 with 2 appetizers, 2 meals and a dessert is almost unheard of. But there was nothing good enough to lure us back to try it again.

A group of us go here regularly and server Berlin is always great to us last night she was not even our server and she went out of her way to make sure we had excellent service as our server was not paying much attention such as forgotten drinks or not checking on us pretty much at all. Food is always a 10/10 and over all good service but I can not stress enough how great Berlin was she was working her butt off with not only her own section but making sure every guest was takin care of. We love the north forty.

North Forty has a great menu full of local favorites. The Poutine is a must-try, with rich vegetarian gravy and creamy cheese curds, and their Bacon Bleu Burger is a flavorful masterpiece. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are fantastic. It’s a perfect spot for a casual meal or night out. Highly recommend stopping by!

Amazing food. Waitress was amazing. We have 2 young kids and can he difficult at times and she rolled with it all. Beer was phenomenal. ONLY complaint is the the hot chicken strips had a honey with a side of chicken, instead of otherwise around but still tastes great
