Worst service I have ever had. The girl at the counter didn’t even know how to count change she owed us $ she owed us $0.11 she just kept fooling around with the cash drawer and then the drinks and she finally had it us one drink and it was my cope. My husband ordered a sugar-free iced tea. She handed us another drink and my husband said is this the sugar-free iced tea and she goes. Oh I’m sorry I forgot to tell you we’re out then. My husband said can we have our change? She called the manager over your manager says we’re out of penny so you have to. You have to count up so we ended up getting a dime back. No big deal then she said oh I forgot to tell you we’re out of french fries right now. I’ll take 3 to 4 minutes. Would you like onion rings? We said no. They said pull around and we’ll have them out. Nice and hot with plenty of ketchup and salt and everything. When we finally got our order outside after about 10 minutes there was no salt. No ketchup in there and my husband’s a double Whopper didn’t have no cheese on. It won’t be back to this place and a manager acted like it was no big deal. Ordered at the drive through and asked for no tomato no onion. Got my order and it not only had tomato and onion but it also had a torn apart bun and was ice cold and the bun was very stale. The fries were also not hot. It was a terrible experience and I will not be coming back.

Great family friendly place with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly positive vibes, prices are fair and competitive and to be honest burger king usually has some of the best deals arround, pluss those mailer coupons they send in the mail those are some of the best deals I’ve ever seen, especially these days with everything so freaking expensive the burgerking mailing coupons and there app coupons are the best in the industry right now. Now let’s talk about this location , it’s definatly one of the TOP burgerKing restaurants in the Region, it sits near the middle of the quaint town of Yelm WA, where the people and kids just seem nicer than compared to most larger cities, the employees there really exemplify that wholesome country small town vibe and spirit, I’ve seen people there just being nasty and rude to the employees there like in a completely out of line u called for way ,I’d like to suggest no just dining here but if your just passing thru stop by and just tell an employee there that you appreciate them , it is a hard unappreciated job these kids do and I thing they should feel some community love now and again. Oh and the food has always been how and tasty every time I’ve gone there and I visit at least 2 times a week sometimes more and at differing times if day. Again I can not recomed this place more , it’s truly a diamond in the rough. Good job guys at the Yelm bk. You Are Apreciated

Not sure what it is with Burger King wanting to hire people who could care less about their customers but that seems to be a thing . The girl who took our order didn’t ask a size, or drink or anything . Just a total when we said two whopper meals. Up at the window she wasn’t any better , no receipt , no sauces , it took about two minutes to get our drinks . Than they tried to give us a wrong order cause they didn’t communicate they pulled a car around . The girl who handed us the order ? Shoved the bag out and shut the window . Won’t be back anytime soon.

I ordered a jr wopper,
NO TOMATO NO ONION! For a very good reason I am allergic to them. Pulled over Getting ready to take a bite, smelled onion, turned on overhead light just great there is also tomato.
After waiting over 10 minutes with no line, in front of us, we were going to go back through, but by then the line was 6 cars deep. When asked for the receipt, window was closed and she walked away, No reciept! Tossed the crap burger by their front locked door and left. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
Burger king owes us a refund!

I ordered a mobile orde at 6 am and I show up at 6.35 just to find out the worker hasn’t even started my order and kept yapping about irrelevant stuff. I wasted a 35 min drive just to show up to a worker sleeping on the job, I am gonna give this plac 1 star and I am going to file a complaint and I am gonna ask for my refund. These guys need to take their orders seriously and so the job your assigned to on to do and work on your customer service it’s garbage!

I waited in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes, only moved up twice. Was stuck because there were cars behind me. The person in front of me gave up and never placed an order. I did the same, although we were both still stuck in line. I called the store to see if maybe there was an emergency but the person who answered said they were fine, they just only had 3 people there, and then she hung up on me. So ok, I understand that can happen. How about putting a sign before the drive thru so people can make a choice?

I don’t even know where to begin I wish I could give 0 stars this place is atrocious. I came threw the drive threw and sat at the menu for over 15 minutes intell the people behind me started pulling away and honking at me and then they finally took my order. I pull up and give the girl my card to pay and she says okey can u pull around front there’s 5 minutes on your chicken I had to remind her she didn’t give my card back then she got a nasty attitude and basically threw the card at me. I pulled around front and waited another 20 minutes intell I went in to see what was happening and they had no idea what I was talking about and said they “ didn’t have my order” I had to tell them again and then they threw my food together the wrap I got looked terrible and they acted like it was MY FAULT.

This was horrible I sat in line for 28 minutes in the Drive-Thru. On a Sunday. I had a chicken sandwich. Order three things of large fries two of them were literally cold and one of them was burning hot. How to turn around and go back. To get hot fries
Sitting there waiting for my new fries I told her just give me three so I don’t have to go home with any cold Fry’s assuming she gave me three sets of fries that were hot. Went home only gave me two large fries.. is my food went to bed. Sick for three days after that.. absolutely one of the worst sicknesses. It felt like beyond food poisoning
