ordered through doordash & 4 out of 5 of the items came with incorrect meat. Some of chips for the nachos were leathery & came with tomatoes even tho specified allergic to it. Carne asada was okay, but the price isn’t bad and their salsas are good!!!

I’ve driven by this many times and decided to drop in and check it out about 6 months later lol. I’m skeptical when it comes to trying new places but I’m glad I finally made the plunge!
The tacos were pretty darn good and they didn’t speak any English, so brush up on your Spanish lol. I tried four different tacos:
Lengua
Birria
Barbacoa
Carne asada
The top three were all delicious and the carne asada was so so. Carne asada isn’t usually on top of my list when it comes to tacos but I wanted to try it anyways.
The wife even approves of their tacos, so that’s a good sign .
Methods of payment accepted: Cash, credit card, and debit cards. They’re only there on Fridays – Sundays. I have a photo with the business hours as well.
I’ll be back soon to try their other offerings since I only dropped by to give their tacos a try for the first time. Happy eating and thanks for reading!

I’ve just recently tried this place for the first time using door dash and I must say I was highly impressed so much so I keep ordering from this food truck weekly the food is amazing and I’m a picky eater I’ve tried multiple Mexican restaurants in the Wichita area so better than others but this taco truck surpasses all of them time after time with every different meal I order surpasses my expectations absolutely amazing food!! but so far I’ve tried their

I’ve been going here since early 2022 and I have to say I like the quality of the tacos here then another taco truck there is these days. Prices of the tacos are fairly cheap compared to other taco trucks in Wichita. I don’t really have anything bad to say about these people, service is good, prices are good and the overall environment is good. Come check it out and don’t forget to tip them. I will always be their favorite patreon.

Zero stars if I could. This food truck is just terrible. I ordered three items and received only two. A steak burrito meal, and a steak quesadilla, and a steak huaraches. I paid $24 took my stuff home and I only got two orders. I called them and they claimed I only ordered two meals. The steak burrito is stuffed full of rice and beans with hardly any steak to be seen or tasted and the burrito shell was very chewy; I can taste salt with no other seasoning of any kind. The steak quesadilla was dry with a tough shell and no flavor and no seasoning. Their orange hot sauce was very hot with no flavor. The green hot sauce was green with no flavor and less hot. I see zero reason to go back here or recommend them to anyone. The lady at the food truck needs to learn better communication skills! There is no reason other then sheer negligence to cook food this terrible. As far as I’m concerned this place is just a cash grab and not worthy of serving anyone at all. To the owners of this place you should feel ashamed. Do not contact me and keep your comments to yourself. I’m never coming back. IF it was free I would throw it away. Your salsa is actually hot sauce. We don’t want hot sauce we want salsa. Salsa with a tomato base that has flavor and maybe some onions and cilantro. Ricardo’s has good mild salsa with cilantro and is way better then this place. In fact just go to Ricardo’s they are family owned and actually try to be consistent. Ricardo’s isn’t perfect but it’s head and shoulders above this food truck! Thinking about this place after eating the leftovers makes me shake my head in wonder as to how anyone can think this place is worth of eating twice. This place will fail and when it does it will be well deserved.

Sooooo, this is the sort of place that I live for finding. This is a bit of Mexico in central Kansas. Uruapan is a city in western Mexico known for its carnitas, and I assume that these folks are from there. The food truck did not disappoint: the buche (carnitas) taco was excellent, as was one of cabeza. I tried the quesabirria, and it also was great. The food was spot on, and this will be high on my Wichita list in the future.
