Love the morning staff, but it’s starting to take 20 plus min to get a coffee here in the morning. Afternoon staff has always made the drinks wrong and if there’s anyone in front of you expect to wait over 30 minutes. Please do something about your staffing/wait times and inconsistent drinks in the afternoon/evening.

Fantastic service, walking in I knew they were very busy creating pick up orders. Someone greeted me exponentially fast took my order. Watching them all work tirelessly they had expedited my drink. My drink was created within 2 to 3 minutes if that. Taste is exceptional. Would highly recommend coming to this location quick and easy.

Been in here for 25 minutes no sign of my drink. Workers are screaming and being loud and immature and talking to guests they know instead of helping guests who actually need their drink served. Work starbucks experience ever. Not even that busy in here just insanely loud because of the obnoxious workers. No reason I shouldn’t have had my drink within 5 minutes. Girl closest in the picture was not even actually working but behind the counter making drinks for people she knew, for free I think. Just unbelievable.

I got a venti pink drink and mobile ordered it. I decided to pickup through drive thru, but had to wait half an hour. Drink had been sitting there for that entire half hour. They handed me this drink. I then turned around and went inside and POLITLEY asked them to just refund me. The girl gave me a lot of attitude and was very rude to me. I told her I had waited in line for half an hour and my drink looked gross and I just wanted a refund for it. The whole time she was looking at me like I was crazy. This Starbucks is always inconsistent and always takes half an hour to get a stupid iced coffee.not to mention my drink was $8

I ordered a Trenti strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice. I received my drink half full of ice. I let they know, the lady state “let me remake it” & let me keep the drink. Which I thought was nice until the other lady comes up to grab and remake. I let her know that the other lady said I could keep it and she rolled her eyes. She then remakes my drink puts it on the counter and does not let me know. I buy this EVERY SINGLE day. I know what it looks like, after 20 mins of waiting I asked “when will my drink be ready” And she said “on the counter” I look pick it up and said “this looks nothing like my drink!” Sure enough tasted like complete lemonade! I’m So frustrated that Starbucks allows this store to do this! Igo to merle hay daily they are 100xbusier & I have never had an issue! I took a picture of my drink below which is completely orange/yellow when it is normally pink!

Not normally a Star Bucks person, first time stopping in. After having a super frustrating day dealing with life, you know…like the eye twitching kinda day. I walked here from a car service center.. . Staff was super friendly and patient with me. There was no one else inside, I was grateful for the quiet and comfortable seating.
