Place my order on the app. When I got my food home the french fries were just soaked in oil and Soggy they weren’t cooked long enough and the Hamburger roll was the same. Usually Five Guys is delicious I don’t understand the quality or just this restaurant. But the charge $42 for hamburgers and french fries you think they would be cooked long enough

In my opinion, the best all around hamburger in the world. I’ve eaten them in seven different countries and consistency is premium with this company. Get the same thing you’d expect in every single country you visit them in.

For the price ($27 for a BLT, a hotdog, fries and a drink, none of which was “Call Mama” good by any stretch), poor service (at best), and no table setvice, ridiculous. My son and I could have gotten better food and stellar service at half a dozen places nearby for less!
As an added “bonus”, because I needed a handicapped accessible table, we had the distinct *privilege* of sitting next to the trash can!

Employees and managers are extremely rude and disrespectful! They gave us old fries and got one of the burgers wrong. Took the items back and asked for them to be remade just for them to say they would only remake the burger. The receipt was right, food was wrong therefore this is the fault of the kitchen. The simple solution would have been to remake the food to ensure your customers received what they paid for. Instead, they spoke amongst themselves and completed avoided the request. Customer service is very poor; $35 wasted over what could have been a simple fix.

It’s been 8 or 9 years since I’ve eaten at five guys and I have to admit it was better than I remember. The burgers are really good and they give you a ton of fries. Having every topping being free is great, and they crank out the burgers pretty quick. You don’t have to wait long to get your food.
