As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This is probably my new Clarkson lunch spot. Easily the most affordable, filling and value for a quick meal- and I mean quick! Two double burgers for 7.50, or 1 double, fries, drink and pie for 5.50 is value you just cannot compete with. On top of the fast service, the burgers came right off the stove, steaming hot. Great place to grab a bit if you’re out shopping alone, or with company.
It seems like an old apot so it’s got a few blemishes, sides of tables being exposed and damaged seats, and a little dirty but it’s not really too much of a bother to me. Will be coming back here for lunch next week!

I’ve been a fan of Rally’s/checkers for years since it first came out. Who can forget the Seth Green commercial in the 90’s.
I don’t care where it’s located. I’ll still drive to get my fill. Checker fries! Checker burger. Big Buford!
This location is fine. Never had an issues here. Solid. Never missed an order. Simple.
It’s sad some people still have not tried this place. Never a long line.

Open late. Seriously late. Even Burger King around the corner is closed at 7pm. Lol. This is post Covid. Everyone should be open late.

Honestly, it’s good! But with the location, it’s a hit or miss. Some days its so good, but another day it’s weirdly salty. I don’t know if it’s the . mustard, but it’s just really salty. Not slightly, it’s overpowering. The ice cream is great! Fries are delicious! And the apple pie is… Okay. I don’t like pie.

The workers at this location are so slow, lazy, & rude it’s unbelievable. Placed my mobile order right before i got there, when i arrived the inside was closed so my only option was the driver thru. Of course, theres about 4 cars in-front of me & the people ahead ordered the whole restaurant. So i get to the window, i told them i waited over 20 mins in the driver thru & my order was placed before i arrived. The nasty attitude red head young girl scoffed and laughed at me saying my food is cold. Now. I told her the bag is cold & the food inside is not fresh anymore, now i had to wait another 10 mins for my order to be remade, & when it was the food was disgustingly made as a retaliation tactic. If you’re gonna take a decade in the driver thru & try to serve me cold food at least don’t have an attitude, you work at checkers. I don’t recommend this location at least until they hire new staff & train them properly. Very disappointing.

Great food for fast food. They use beef tallow and thier fries have always been great. This place could use a little landscaping and freshen up a bit. Otherwise the food’s great and the people working are great.

I would rather give them NO stars! I ordered the chicken strips and fries for myself and husband, get home and open the bags, the chicken Strips are nothing like the photos, tiny small things, and those fries, disgusting, they were gross looking, warm and floppy, not like hot fries that have substance/structure to them, so off I go to return everything. There was no way I was eating this and my husband felt the same way. So back to checkers to replace my order, with a burger, with NO fries. No problem with those strips, even the person there said they are very small pieces, but accused me of eating some of the fries, so no refund on the fries!!!! I told this person I had not eaten any of those fries, this person kept saying they had filled the fries all the way, well, I had not eaten any, so no, they did not, but this person just kept repeating it. It’s the principle of the thing, I should not be made to look like I am lying, or trying to pull a fast one. I should not have to stand there and argue with the person that is working there to defend myself of being accused of lying. This person even has another employee approach me, I explained why I was there and about the problem with the fries, and that I had not eaten any, this employee looks me right in the face and tells me to speak up!!! I am old, this voice is not loud, I apologize and try to raise my voice, this employee just stands there with a blank face. Finally I told this employee I will be contacting the Corporate office, the person steps up, said they are not a Corporate store. Well, so be it, I will still be making a call, I should never be treated like this, nor should anyone else that walks in that place. I do not expect things to be perfect wherever I go, but I do expect respect and quality in what I am there for, even in a fast food place of business!

Paid extra for large fries and the fry cups came half empty. We asked for the cups to be filled and the person had to call his manager. Manager said that’s how their fries come. Weird bc when we were at the grand River location in Detroit a few days prior, the fry cups were filled to the top. Came home to eat and the burgers were dry and gross and had no toppings on it. Super disappointing. We had Checkers a few days prior at the Detroit location and it was such a good, juicy burger with plenty of toppings which is why we decided to get Checkers again at this Waterford location closer to home. But we will never be back here. The food and service here was terrible and we would have been better off eating McDonald’s down the street. Not to mention, the two people working here were miserable.
