lady working here at like 11:45pm, pretty sure she’s a manager not sure. she’s always nasty and rude, awful service, forgot half my order and the one thing they did give me looked like this.

Ordered 1 #1 combo on Thursday 1/15/26 at 1:32pm. Tried to charge me for 2 #1 combos. When I brought it to their attention, guy (Host 3099) at the window said he refunded me the 1 I didn’t order. This did not happen. Checked my receipt then checked my account. Full charge for 2 combos applied. I understand fast food industry is quick paced, but customer service should not suffer for it. Really disappointing but now is totally expected from this industry.

I had no idea that Wendy’s sold chicken sliders! At least that was the size of the chicken sandwich I ordered! Was it worth almost $3 absolutely NOT! I was tempted to go back and ask if I was possibly given the wrong sandwich, but I didn’t want to go back just for that!

Today we got this from Wendy’s! The meat was raw and the baked potato was way over cooked, burned. We went straight back and the cashiers said they couldn’t give us our money back OR make a fresh meal for free because the manager wasn’t there. We called 10 times before going and once there they said “we aren’t allowed to answer the phone if the manager isn’t here and they leave early”. How are you going to leave the crew alone and have customers go through this! So unacceptable.

I’ve tried three times – 0 for 3. Order always wrong, bun stiff, burger dry, fries soggy, takes forever. Have really enjoyed other Wendy’s locations. This place needs to go.

I travel full-time, so I need to find the occasional pit-stop. I don’t like to violate places’ restrooms without buying something. I ordered a sour cream and chives potato but told the kid I’d also like bacon and cheese, so “Just charge me whatever you need to charge” (see receipt)
Bonus: The super smiley guy preparing my potato must be psychic and knows I prefer to not consume pork (bacon, but I secretly love that ish) And he must know I could do without the cheese! (waistline)
So not only did I massacre their potty but the crew did me a solid in return. Niiiiice
My Frostyccino is YUM and the hothotass potato hits the spot. – I opt to not walk back in because it’s no big whoop and it’s more fun to talk about them online like the Karen I am. LOL. Seriously though, they’re a good bunch in there. 10/10

I have come to this restaurant three times, and my overall experience with Wendy’s restaurants has been mostly positive over the years. But this particular location just keeps disappointing me. There were easily 8 or more employees if I am correct— all talking and laughing with each other, having what appeared to be a good time. The store was fairly empty of customers customers, save for me. And this is how the restroom was looking like— just see the pictures!
This is what the general public can see. I can only imagine what the kitchen and other not public areas are like.
I hope that, should I decide to give it another chance in the future, which I highly doubt, the story will be different. Underwhelming experience.
