I usually am very happy with this place. Online order all the time here. Today I pull up and say online order for Lisa. Ok come to second window. She says you are the online order and I said yes. Gave me wrong food which I realized shortly. Went back and she screams over the thing at me I asked. Get to the window and she hands out the right food and says I asked if you were online order for( she said someone else’s name) and you said yes. I said no you asked if I was the online order and I said yes. Then she screams goodbye to me. Very very rude and uncalled for. If she would have listened when I was at the screen first time and clearly said my name we wouldn’t have had issues. My food was tasty and hot so no complaints there.

I went yesterday, The lady at the speaker said i could order than she caught and attitude said wait just a moment after i was already almost done. Walks off, over the speaker she said something about not like the white car at the speaker and she’ll spit in our food. My fiance went off said if she spits in our food he’ll shove it down her throat, and then she goes over the speaker Pull away from my speaker and never come back I refuse to serve you. Ive eaten at this burger king MULTIPLE TIMES over the five years i’ve lived a couple blocks away. I went to go inside and she went off saying i was being rude when I hadn’t said anything other than i was trying to order i had to be at work. Told me i had to leave and not return. I had never seen this girl before out of any of the times ive gone here. she wouldn’t tell me her name. I legit just wanted to drinks a burger and a large onion ring, and she refused. Im never coming here again. I’ll make the extra drive to the burger king on Riverside. I’ve never had an issue with that one.

This is a fast food chain. The food was ok, I forgot to ask for fresh so my burger was slightly warm. The person that took my order was very pleasant and friendly. I’ll go back if only for the breakfast sandwich, which was delicious.

I have noticed this location slowly going downhill. Tonight was the last straw. Went through the drive thru. First an employee gave us our desserts and said have a good night. Apparently she never look at the monitor and saw we had other food ordered. We finally got everything (or so we thought) and proceeded home. Halfway home we realized we didn’t get our drinks. We take partial blame as we totally didn’t notice it either but that should have been the first thing we normally get while waiting for the rest of our order. It would have cost us more in gas and time to go back so we didn’t want to worry about it. The food quality also not that great and not up what Burger King was before. So, not only is Burger King grossly expensive and little value, now it hires employees who don’t care and have no sense of pride in their work. If I every go to a Burger King again it definitely won’t be that location.

Most of the time this location is good. We ordered the bbq brisket whopper and you get a teaspoon of brisket. It’s not worth it.

I don’t normally write review food reviews, but tonight we had ordered a family bundle, and I was very surprised On how good the service and food was, I did go through the drive-through. All the condiments on the whopper were fresh and crispy and the fries they seemed as though they were cooked and fresh oil, everything was great.
