If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to this location at 6:30 pm on 2/5. Ana took my order over the speaker and I had to repeat myself so many times. It was as if she was distracted and clearly she was because the got my order wrong and forgot to add parts of my order. The food was mot fresh even I requested to cook the chicken fresh and one of my drinks was completely flat. Im not one to complain because I use to work in the food industry but spending upwards of $20 for it to not be what you desired or to not get all that you ordered…. I need them to do better at this location.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have made an order for pick up and paying extra for white meat, the first time I arrived in that location about 30 minutes after placing my order which for fast food should have been more than enough time to get the order right, not only did they not give me what I paid for but they also gave me less than what I paid for, I paid extra for white meat and ordered a 10pc bucket, i got dark meat and a 9 piece, I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake my order, I went today again forgetting about the 1st incident, I ordered a combo 4pc white meat, and once again they tried giving me nothing but dark meat after paying extra for it, I had to wait another 20 minutes once again for them to fix the order. Fast food is meant to be a quick service, but instead this establishment has made it an inconvenience. I will be going to a different location from now on. Check your food before driving off from this place, especially if you live far.

This location really stepped there game up for customer service. Ana, Ashley, Briseyda, and Gerardo came together like a true team knocking out this evening rush. Food quality is excellent. Will definitely return to this location.

This location lol good luck…trash food, old food, no customer service, rude dismissive. This location is horrible especially the manager or employee by the name of Victor. Never again will I come to this location. I regret it, waste of time and money.

I ordered the mango lemonade and saw a small long black object floating around in it. With my best instincts I waited till I got home to transfer the drink to another cup to be able to see what the mystery thing was. To my surprise it was a baby worm/catapillar. If that’s what coming out of the drinks then what’s inside of the food? I was too disgusted to even eat my food. But when I tried to call the store, of course no answer. When I went to customer support, all they did was give me a $5 credit towards my account and didn’t even recognize the fact there was an entire worm in their product that they gave out.

Guy at the window sneezed, and didn’t cover his nose. Then wiped and dug in his nose, with his hands! Without washing his hands. He goes and make my order. Hand the bag to a coworker and walks off. The coworker then tried to hand me the bag. I ask him to wash his hands and remake my order, In a much nicer way, because you know why! He refused to wash his hands. I even said please! He met me in the middle by putting on gloves lol. They both should be fired. Popeyes y’all hire anybody!

First and last time coming to this Popeyes. I placed an order for my daughter and it wasn’t until after I paid for her meal that I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for the chicken. So I said, “Well I wish I would have known that before paying for it”, and this fool turns around and say, “I said we didn’t have anymore chicken” like he was the one who took my order (he didn’t by the way it was somebody else) and I had to politely check him and let him know that, he didn’t take my order the other guy did and he should have told me that before taking my order to let me decide if I wanted to wait around after being at work all day. Smh. No apology or anything and to be honest there was no excuse when all you sell all day is chicken! Never again just because if the customer service
