Cristero Coffee is an absolute gem and such a refreshing surprise in Hebbronville. The space itself is beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully designed — warm brick walls, colorful tile accents, and an inviting, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. We ordered the Montecristo waffle, the avocado toast, and two lattes, and everything was outstanding. The Montecristo waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside with just the right balance of sweet and savory, and the avocado toast was fresh, flavorful, and generously topped. The lattes were smooth, creamy, and expertly made — easily some of the best coffee we’ve had in the area. It’s clear a lot of care goes into both the food and the experience here. Cristero Coffee is the kind of place that instantly feels like a community favorite, and we will absolutely be back.

A must visit if you’re driving through Hebbronville! It was so charming. The cafe is in the oldest house in Hebbronville. The pastries were delish and the coffee hit. The staff were really friendly too and told us a little bit about the town.

I wanted to share a wonderful discovery I made after three months here in Hebbronville. I recently visited a coffee shop that completely charmed me. The moment I walked in, the warmth and atmosphere instantly transported me back to my childhood memories in North Mexico.

Beyond the delightful ambiance, the service was truly exceptional – second to none, in fact. The quality of both the coffee and the pastries was also excellent. It’s truly a hidden gem that offers a unique and enchanting experience.

I highly encourage everyone in town to visit and experience the cozy enchantment of this place for themselves. I’m confident you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.
