First time here, will be back anytime we’re in Santa Fe. The people were all so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The latte was fabulous, the toasts and croissants were amazing! So good, so fresh! Highly recommend!

Great coffee and service. A modest menu here and fresh loaves of bread. The restaurant is much smaller than I thought, limited seating. I ordered kale quiche and it was alright, not great. It needed more flavor and complexity. It was made well though. I will return for more coffee and pastry. There is parking on 2 sides of the building, it feels tight.

Finally made it to Sage Bakehouse.
Their Egg Tartine with Serrano ham and the Ham & Fontina panini were delish.
Took home their fresh sourdough loaf, spinach & goat cheese quiche, currant scones, and a cinnamon swirl.

Edit: I’ve tried several bread bakeries in town now and I’ve found this place to be my favorite, so now I stop in once a week to get a loaf for my breakfast toasts.
Really great bakery. They have an excellent variety of baked goods to nibble on and some really good lookin’ loaves on the rack. The quiche is super fluffy with a delicious blue cheese flavor. It’s a nice place for a light meal, and the people working here are really chill dudes.

Hard to find a place like this these days! Excellent quality for everything we ordered, soup, salad and tartine. You can see into the bakery while you eat and watch the hardworking employees who seem to love what they are doing. You can watch a short video of where the flour for the delicious bread is sourced.

Visiting Santa Fe and came here for breakfast on my husbands birthday. We had an heirloom tomato tartine that’s divine. Also a yummy toasted pecan raisin roll. The drip coffee is delicious. The service is outstanding. We love to travel and eat amazing food and this place is a top find!

We came by for breakfast for a class we were taking and went with a pickup order. They have a cute little side window just for pickups, which made it very quick and convenient. I didn’t get a chance to see what it looked like inside, though. From the people coming out though, it seemed very busy!
I ordered the orange juice, a ham and gruyere tart, and a cinnamon melt bun for later. Everything was absolutely delicious. The tart was the winner, perfectly buttery, flaky pastry wrapped around such a good combo, ham and cheese. It was rich without being too heavy. I ate the bun at night and even then it was wonderful, also perfectly done buttery pastry. Truly every bite was so good.
Pickup was easy and the staff was very friendly. The parking lot is a bit tight, so something to keep in mind if you are visiting. If we lived here, this place would be dangerous for me, I’d be there all the time! Would love to try their other items.

Stopped in for lunch and was met by friendly staff and the smell of fresh sourdough bread. The soup was so fresh and served with a slice of bread. The sandwiches/tartines were also tasty. On a visit from Portland and was happy to have enjoyed this bakery on my time in Santa Fe.

Fabulous food. The white bean thing (the one with red pepper) is the best. we had breakfast/brunch twice in this bakery.

Came across this spot because of it being part of the best bakeries in the U.S! We got a loaf of hearth sourdough bread, an assortment of pastries and an iced americano! Every single item was superb. The coffee was great and the pear tart was one of the best pastries I’ve ever had. Loved this bakery! Definitely a must stop if you’re in Santa Fe!
