We Love coming here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️, when we do take out, have our food delivered, our food be on point when we have our food delivered too ❤️. We went Friday July 18 2025 about 12:32pm, I got dollar pancakes and scrambled eggs with bacon I know my plate ️ looks funny but that is not how our server Elizabeth brought my food to me. I eat pancakes at a time so I separate my food and my better half got steak and eggs with cheese on top with Hash-browns and French toast with bananas on top. My better half food was on point, YES THAT STEAK WAS BOMB.COM as u can see on my plate ️ I tried it, the French toast was fresh, good. We was greeted when we first came in but before u walk in u can smell IHOP food yum our food was on point, meaning our food was fresh, the employees Sergio, Yazmin, Elizabeth, Pedro was on point with everything, our servicer Elizabeth was great, she kept checking up on us, ask how was the food and did they make our food right, we told her yes they did, great employees ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am a rewards member, at this branch, we never had any problems especially when we have order our food from IHOP, restaurant was very clean, we will be back soon, Thank you IHOP ❤️ ❤️ you guys rock ❤️

We order kids meals for my kids.
They ordered strips with mozzarella sticks.
Also they order one more kids meals which was french toast sticks with a side mozzarella sticks.
The food was very delicious, clean, hot and fresh.
We order Big steak breakfast meal. It was very nice, very good portion, delicious and fresh.
It has eggs, steak, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, pepper, 4 cheese blend and hash brown.
It is served with a side of 3 butter
mild pancakes with syrups.
We liked the food.
The service was great also.
I would love to go there again soon.

The food and service was great, but the wretched smell of sour meat in the men’s bathroom wad horrible. It made me not want to finish my meal and leave. I said something about it to the waitress right after i got out of the restroom and she said she would tell the manager. I heard nothing more about it after that and no one seemed to investigate the horrible smell.

One of the best IHOP’s I’ve eaten at. The food looked good and it tasted great. The quesadillas were awesome, but order it with extra pickled jalapeños. The eggs Benedict were good, but I hate hollandaise sauce so I added cholula. All in all this IHOP was better than my local one.

We visited here 6pm December 28th Monday to-go dinner after exhausting IKEA day. We had steak cheeseburger $6 happy hour. It was only us outdoor, lovely tent, quiet and clean . Cashier Charleen, who took our order was nice. $2 coffee was not hot and tastes like 6h old .

This is what IHOP for represents I’ve been to some others, and the hostess not one not two for three of them stood there look at me like I was nuts like what do I want, oh and had the nerve to seat people before me, but I want to be clear that was the one in Davis off the freeway so even after going to the doctor at Kaiser Davis I refuse to eat there from my last experience so I just drive 10 more minutes and I’m always pleased

Let me start off by saying that if you want some great pancakes, come here. But. Horrible customer service. I recieved my full meal. Although, my family didnt recieve anything. We waited for an extra 10 minutes until their food came in(which the pancakes were not fully cooked). In that whole time, we never got utensils, our server never passed us so we could ask questions, didnt get any proper condiments all while our server was out mingling with his friends in the back.
Once the server came back, he showed lack of interest in our service. We asked for hot sauce and in came a BARELY full bottle. I do not recommend coming to this location if you want fully cooked food and good service.

Clean restaurant with decent atmosphere. Service was fast and friendly. Food was what you would expect with ihop – nothing to “wow” over but good for what it is. Coffee is a bit under powering (light roast???) but good and plentiful. Digital menu QR code was a nice touch – though it would be nice if they linked nutritional info to their digital menu (maybe this was a “feature” and not a bug haha).
