Perfect hot dog. Burgers were good and fries were also good. The hot dog was better.
Cool place with warm and welcoming owner. Kept the store open for us since we went there near closing time. He said if we ever find ourselves in this situation to just call him and let him know that we’re coming and he’d stay open.

I pass by this location several times a week, but I finally stopped in today for the first time and am glad I did! I got two dogs all the way to bring home, and they were delicious. Prices were reasonable, and the owner was so pleasant. I hadn’t realized that there were more food choices than just hot dogs, so I’ll definitely be back to try the other options in the future 🙂

Bubba’s Texas Wieners is a must-try! The smoky aroma alone is worth the trip. I had the Bubba’s Special, and it was amazing. The wiener had a great snap, and the toppings were perfect. The owner is super friendly, too! Great service, great food – 5 stars all the way!

We stumbled upon this gem of a hot dog joint during their Monday and Tuesday deal – buy 2 hot dogs, get one free – and I’m glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The cashier, a delightful and chatty young lady, made us feel right at home. It’s evident she enjoys what she does. Now, onto the star of the show – the food. The chili hotdogs were simply fantastic. Well cooked with just the right amount of toppings, they left us thoroughly satisfied. And let’s not forget about those fries – thick, crispy, and absolutely delicious. What truly impressed us was their attention to families. We brought our toddler along, and they provided a high chair without hesitation, making our dining experience stress-free. Overall, this hot dog joint exceeded our expectations. Great service, delicious food, and family-friendly – what more could you ask for? We’ll definitely be back for more!

A great mom and pop type spot with RIPPERS!!! Nothing better than a deep fried dog and Bruce does ’em well done. Clean, friendly and reasonably priced, what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely re-visit and send friends there.

TL: DR – Average food dished out before being finished.
Bubba’s website is still “under construction,” so I included a photo of the menu because wow I really wanted to know what I was walking into. Restaurant was sparkling clean. Prices are pretty average, and most things are a la carte. If you pay by card they add 4% to your bill. The woman at the counter was wonderful. The two men cooking in the back should probably not complain about working there, and swear so much – we can hear you in the dining area. I ordered a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, and side of fries, then waited there for my order to be done. It came out too quickly; as another reviewer mentioned, things were undercooked.
The cheeseburger was just like one you might get at a bowling alley or drive-in concession stand: a cheap frozen patty with one slice of American cheese on a supermarket bun. Bland, and came complete with bone and cartilage fragments in the beef mix. Bland. Can I please say again how bland the meat was? Bland.
The chicken sandwich was also something from the freezer on the same bun. It got a few extra points because it was a larger than average chunk of chicken. It lost those points when the inside was just barely cooked enough. The seasoning in the pre-made cutlet’s breading added some much needed flavor. Otherwise, it was rather average.
The fries were most definitely fresh-cut, because if you look at the photos below, you can see the little square piece of potato with a hole in it. This is from the machine used to cut them. Maybe take those out? Sadly, most of these fries were underdone. The thinner pieces were a bit closer to being crispy, but not nearly as much as they should have been. Really undercooked, kind of soggy, and didn’t even come with salt on them.
Will most likely not be back. Really a shame, as I had high hopes for this place.

When it comes to classic hot dog joints I don’t expect much from the start but overall the hot dogs were loaded nicely, the toppings were nice(and spicy!) and the chilli had great seasoning. Onion rings were nice and thick cut, could have been a little crispier, but I ordered ahead to be fair and it’s a 15 minute drive. Long story short, I will be back. Try a chilli cheese dog for sure!

It was absolutely delicious. The cheeseburger was juicy, fries were fresh cut just as advertised, affordable prices. My husband got the cheese steak and was out of this world! We will definitely be back
