After my not so great experience at Logan’s on yesterday. I was still craving a steak. I went to Brann’s today and it was amazing the steak was nice , juicy and flavorful. The potatoes were loaded and amazing. The broccoli was steamed perfectly. The steak doesn’t come like this , I added a shrimp Parmesan topping so delicious paired together. I call it surf and turf. I must say I’m very pleased with the service and food. I would have giving them five stars however the ladies room was not clean But overall it was a good experience ….

Came just before lunch ended on a Monday, 2:55 to be exact, and was still able to order the delicious rib basket from the lunch menu. Fiance ordered a pretzel burger that was messy but outstanding. Fries were seasoned and good; service was attentive. Great place!

I live here now in Muskegon. I been wanting to come check out this Brann’s restaurant here in Muskegon. To add to my visit today: vary nice, my waitress was friendly, my food order came at a far amount of time, my drink was vary yummy. I have never had any problems when dinning in at any of the Brann’s location’s.

Went here for lunch and everything was fresh and delicious! I ordered the T-bone steak with a ceasar salad and sweet potato. Our server Bambi was very attentive, she refilled our drinks and checked on us periodically. Her service was amazing, we didn’t have to ask or want for anything, i swear she was reading our minds lol…. I would definitely visit here often if i was local.

The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our server Kellie P. was absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. She was great explaining a few questions we had since this was our first visit. All of the server’s stayed busy and smiling the entire time of our visit. We will definitely be back again and we hope that the staff and management at this location are proud of themselves for creating such a warm and inviting environment.

My husband and I were out of town for a wrestling tournament and we were looking for a decent spot to eat as we were not familiar with the area. I’m so glad that hubby chose this place to eat! The food was amazing and the service was excellent! Not to mention, they were definitely following CDC guidelines as far as table space, capacity, cleanliness, servers and staff wearing masks, etc. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely eat here again!

Service was slow and terrible. I had to ask 4 times for a glass of water. The food was mediocre, albeit very cheap. Atmosphere I also didn’t like, as there are TVs everywhere including on the table. If you could turn off the one on the table, it would be slightly better. At least it wasn’t as noisy as so many other restaurants.
