Ordered it through the app and The pizza was cold and very dry. Like it was made 3 days ago. But when I go in and ask for fresh pizza they look at me a say you should order it from the app. But I think that they just grab the oldest one made and put it in the pick-up shelf. They have no pride in their customer service.

Don’t use the app and order delivery. The driver ate some of our dinner. When I called the manager to advise of what happened and suggested to maybe put a small piece of tape on the box to seal it she blew me off. There was no apologies, and no care at all. They put it all on door dash. Here is the thing. I used your app I paid for your food. I understand door dash is responsible for what happens after it leaves your store but show some care. Your contracting a third party to provide your customers a service your just as responsible.

Walked in for two hot and readys and a root beer. Paid and the waited 10 minutes. Watched two other people walk in and get hot and ready pizzas. I had to ask for mine. The employee didn’t even bother to check that there were any in the warmer. Watched her refill the warmers too. Didn’t even bother to apologize for having to wait.

They are very slow and then can get the order right and then the pizza has very little cheese when you pay for the extra cheese and then very little topping the act like there in the poor house. Ask for a refund for how crapy this were they ask me to leave. No refund and not my order. I will never got here again.

I will make the 15-20 minute drive, to this particular location because of their five star service, across the bar. I live literally down the street, from another little ceasars pizza, with a drive thru. But, would rather make the drive to this location because they know how to make pizza. Especially my children’s favorite, which is the classic cheese. The dough is the perfect thickness and cooked properly. The perfect amount of marinara sauce and cheese, that is actually edible. The customer service is world class. The workers actually look like they showered and brushed their teeth. They even bag the crazy bread and marinara sauce for you. My local location, never thinks to bag them because it’s hard not to have them sliding everywhere— as they hand it to you, through the drive thru. Even when we ask if they can bag it, they hand us the bag, where we end up bagging it ourselves.
