We had my mom’s 83rd birthday party last night for 25 people. We had such a wonderful time. The staff was amazing! Food was so delicious and everything was just perfect! This is our second year hosting there and Jennifer so so great in organizing this and kept in constant contact with me leading up to and during the event. We will definitely be celebrating my mom’s 84th at B2 next year!

We are a big fan of the different B2 Bistro’s throughout NJ, but the cocktails and food here are truly unmatched. Ariana is a phenomenal bartender/mixologist! Came in with my partner looking to try some different craft cocktails in the area, ended up staying here the entire time! She was very attentive and offered her suggestions based on what flavor profiles we typically like. The cocktails she made were beautiful AND delicious! We aren’t bourbon people AT ALL, but she offered to make us a bourbon based creative cocktail, and it was out of this world!!! Ariana’s service was spectacular, her cocktails were perfectly balanced, and she helped us explore outside of our comfort zone with the drinks and we LOVED it! We will absolutely be returning!!!!

Ideally, I would give this place a 4.5 out of 5 if I had the opportunity to. We like coming to Red Bank by train on a nice day and walk from the train station to B2. It’s not a bad walk and allows us to get great food and some steps in.

We have come here several times to get dinner before a concert or just a night out. The atmosphere is very comfortable and it is not loud at all. You can have a conversation comfortably at your table without the need to speak over surrounding parties. The bar is nice and there are several high tops you can choose to sit at, especially if you are with more than 2. Do recommend you trying out Sunday’s, since it is happy hour all day long.

We have liked everything that we tried here and have not had anything we thought was just alright. We have had their sushi, octopus, burgers, steaks, pizza, and various seafood meals. This place makes very good food. It does come out at a reasonable time and the food always seems fresh.

My wife and I enjoyed all of their cocktails that we tried. The bartenders make good drinks here. Where my issue lies with this place is the time it takes to receive your drinks. We literally placed an order for drinks with a pizza and received the food before our drinks. This was a Sunday and I have seen reviews about the bar being understaffed but it was definitely my server. I had to say something about the wait time being long after we ordered another drink and it came out relatively quick. I am definitely not a person who does this often but it took well over 10 minutes to get a drink AND we were at a high top. It would have been quicker to sit at the bar, which had ample seating, to get a drink. I can say that when you order at a sit down, not a high top, the drinks come out in a reasonable time.

Update: Came back here with my wife and chose to sit at the dining area rather than the High tops. Have to say, our waiter Joe, was awesome. Was able to recommend fantastic meals, service was great, and the drinks and food came out much quicker. Really had a much better experience in the dining area.

Definitely a great experience. Dinner was fantastic! The steak frites were perfectly cooked to medium-rare. The wings appetizer was also very good and tasty. All the drinks were great, and the waiter was very nice and friendly! Will definitely be back

Pretty good food for what it is. Full of flavor, but improvements can be made. The burger did not automatically come with cheese but used the blue cheese from the wings to compensate. I would’ve liked to order spicy Mayo and more cheese, but the waiters had to cross the street for small things that felt like a hassle. Besides that, everything was all alright. The pizza was okay, but too much broccoli rob taking it away from the pizza. The wings, lord the wings. These wings are one of the best we’ve had. If you can find a good wing spot, it makes up for the other parts! We got 5 drinks, 4 beers, and 1 cocktail(Mexico one). Bill was around $100. 3 stars as their outdoor seating is sloppy looking, the burger doesn’t come with cheese, the pizza was just alright, it felt like a chore to ask the waiter for something in addition to the meal, and the cocktail could have been better.

Marissa and Michelle are the best bartenders ever. I feel like I am walking into my home when I go there. They welcome me and know what I want immediately when I walk in. This is my favorite place to go ever! They are both phenomenal servers and bartenders. Creative! Welcoming! And efficient! I cannot recommend B2 Bistro enough with the two of them there!! My absolute favorites in all of Monmouth County. OK recess love it. Anything else works?

Disappointing. We’ve been to B2 many times and it has always been great. We went for burger night ( and we have been to a few of the local restaurants that do burger night on the off season). Party of 5 adults 1 baby. First they served 2 burgers on one plate with 1 serving of fries to share. The burgers were not the quality that you normally get. Then they automatically added tip on what the bill would have been had it not been on “special” without giving us an option. Needless to say we won’t be going back, we’ll patronize other establishments.

We just had a wonderful dinner celebrating my son’s birthday in B2’s beautifully decorated private room. This room can accommodate a small dinner party from 6–16 guests easily. The food was great, the service was good and the room was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Now everyone who knows me, knows that I will ALWAYS find the hottest spots for the BEST grub in the area – Red Bank certainly wouldn’t be any different! We shot over to B2 Bistro + Bar which I will preface was absolutely INCREDIBLE. We were greeted by the General Manager of the Red Bank location (they have 5 locations – 4 in Jersey and 1 in Pennsylvania), Dylan, who escorted us to our reserved table. The location itself has a cool and casual ambiance with a long beautiful old-school wood built bar, huge wood burning pizza oven and a lot of open space with high ceilings. One thing that I noticed immediately when stepping into the space – was the aroma! The foreshadowing of what was to come enveloped my nose and I could feel my taste buds anticipating the flavor that was about to be bestowed upon them! I enjoyed the history lesson that I requested from Dylan who told us all about the Bistro’s humble beginnings. I’ve always appreciated the tidbits of rich history that each restaurant that I’ve dined at offers… it’s truly amazing. I also wanted to shout out our terrific server, Shane – who was a great guide when it came to navigating the menu and the local favorites. Now… when it comes to the menu – it changes from season to season! One mainstay is the Slow Cooked Pig and now we know why… TOTAL WIN! We had the pleasure of having this dish presented by Chef Dimas Montalvo III – he’d explained the preparation to us as being an overnight slow roast of the full pig. Once ready, they pull the pork – then press and sear it in order to lock in the flavor! Eventually, when it’s ready to meet its maker… the pork is delicately placed on a bed of BBQ squash puree, and surrounded by delicious brussel sprouts! Needless to say, one bite and I was sold – the meat was soft, flavorful and melted in my mouth. WELL DONE. I am infatuated with the Korean style Crispy Chicken & Cauliflower – I could eat this dish all day long… the flavor behavior hits every one of your taste buds and legit rocks your world! The Kung-Pao style sauce is BOSS here… dressing the most perfectly fried, LARGE chicken strips – then drizzled with a hot honey that offered another layer of yum with a slight kick! If this weren’t enough, it’s accompanied by buffalo cauliflower that’ll make your mouth water. Another favorite of mine was the Cured Wings – slow and low roasted, then slapped with sriracha, fried and tossed in hot honey, sea salt, herbs and a bleu cheese crumble… WINNING. I’m pretty sure these babies spoke to my soul – sweet, spicy, crispy and full of fantastic in every bite – they’ve pushed their way into my Top Ten. Color me impressed – I didn’t expect the burger to be as on-point as it was… a Dry Aged Burger (Chuck, Brisket and Short Rib – I believe), that I thoroughly enjoyed with thick cut bacon and bleu cheese! I love that they cut their own fries in house – it’s surprising that more restaurants don’t do this, as fresh cut fries are so much better than frozen! We gorged ourselves on an order of their Rally Fries – a HUGE helping of those fresh cut, crispy fries with a Mediterranean taste thanks to a light bed of cheesy sauce; then lightly glazed with ranch, sriracha and herbs. The Polenta ala Tavola was delicious – fresh, soft and creamy; while the Warm Brussel Salad was bright and welcoming with apples, bacon, almonds and a white balsamic vinaigrette! Lastly, the Slow Cooked Meatballs were like an explosion of Little Italy in your mouth! Three well-portioned meatballs with a sweet ricotta, tucked under a light blanket of parmesan cheese – every bite was filled with bursts of saucy wonder… LOVED IT! Chef Dimas insisted that we try his Old Fashioned Crème Brulee – as stuffed as we were; we figured we’d oblige… and glad we did! Made to taste like an ‘Old Fashioned’ drink, the hints of bourbon are subtle and work sublimely with the bitters and smoked crème – great job! Highly recommended if you are in the area – I’m looking forward to eventually checking out their other locations!
