We went this weekend after seeing Kent’s Instagram post. Everything we had was so delicious! I’ve been telling everyone I know about it. We got the chicken empanadas, which were so yummy and HUGE! I got the Medina and my husband got the spicy chicken mole enchiladas. I’m bringing my friends back next week. Service was also wonderful and friendly.

As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is so cool. The First thing my children notice was the loteria theme on the tables and behind the chairs. Loved that! We had great waiters who provided great customer service. They often would hold a conversation. Now, the food was delicious! First of all, I like my food to be hot temperature. When our food was served, it was so hot and delicious. They have big portions. They also have breakfast on weekends. I posted a picture with the hours. We can’t wait to come back and try their breakfast. Thank you so much for the great food and service.

Great place! SERVICE was incredible. My wife got the seafood enchiladas and she said that they were the best she’s ever had (trust me that means alot). I had the Vintage Plate and it was delicious. Everything was seasoned to perfection and definitely try the white queso. Great experience and will definitely be back. DELICIOUS TEX MEX.

I’m not gonna lie I’m a frequent and loyal customer to la corona and for good reason. Ever since my first diner in here I felt extremely welcomed. The service is outstanding. And the best part was the food is absolutely delicious!!!! Like I said I’m a frequent here and the service, and food is consistent. Now every time I go in they know which salsa I like and which appetizers I usually get. I gotta say I love the chips and salsa here alone is so good. I recommend trying the crab enchiladas they’re so different and even better the taste is really something. I could go on and on the whole menu is great!!! Go here please it’s so good!

Came here for something for breakfast, we had the french toast, which was crusted with corflakes, it crunchy and crispy. The pictures on the menu do not give the food justice, the portion are much larger, and it was very tasty.

My husband and I have gone to a pottery class and arrived early and had not eaten dinner, so we ran into this place. We let them know that we were pressed for time, we received it right away and there was only one other patron in the restaurant at the time. They took her order and it was made pretty quickly. You do get chips and salsa. Fitted check on us a couple times. Portion sizes are good and the food was tasty. I had the taco salad and it was very good while there, although I would definitely recommend eating it while it’s fresh, once I got it home it was not as good, but definitely good while there. Particularly the shell of the taco salad while fresh was very good, but ones that had gotten cold it almost tasted like basement smell if that makes sense.

We were driving through the area on the way to College Station and dropped in for lunch. The staff was incredibly friendly to us and prompt. The menu has many wonderful entree options beyond traditional items like tacos or burritos. Their Margaritas are wonderful too and come in a huge, cube shaped glass. Such a nice option for fine Mexican food beyond going to a chain like Chueys down the road.
