My daughter requested Waffle House be served at her 16th birthday brunch. I called NeNe, the manager at the Madison Hwy location, for assistance with making this happen. Unfortunately, her location was closing for remodeling the weekend of the brunch. However, she took on the task of helping me find another location and made all the arrangements for the catering and pickup. She absolutely went above and beyond to help make sure the birthday girl’s wish came true, and I am so grateful for all her help! Great customer service! Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best Waffle house food, & customer service i’ve ever had. The atmosphere is so friendly, my waitress Ansley i believe was WONDERFUL. All staff was amazing, loved loved loved it. The cook was amazing as well, checking on me and cooking delicious food, I believe his name is Denton. I very much could be wrong on the names but i’m too awkward to ask for their names, I just glanced at the name tags. Anyways, COME HERE. Way to go to these employees!!

Restaurant was festive and decorated for christmas, with stockings hung up for the employees. The waitress, named Mel, was very nice and social, and we had a conversation about christmas movies while ordering. My only complaint was that the men’s bathroom was dirty, but I would not push the blame onto the workers because the restaurant was very busy.

Other than my kid loving her food. I would suggest hair nets for all in the future. The coupons was a great idea to setting things right and I could tell it was a honest mistake. Working in situations of fast pace I have been completely in those shoes but in a different location. Other than late discovery you would have gotten a better review. Please focus on better quality in viewing plates before serving the customers. Presentation is the key to a successful smile.

Absolutely loved the food here. I got a to-go order abs it was super quick. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Cashier and all the workers I interacted with were very friendly!
